Very pleasant stay during an active summer holiday

During the second week of August 2017 we stayed in the Collet Blanc apartment, which is the lower part of the house. It has lots of space and could easily provide space for our group of 8 cyclists and 2 hikers.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms (9 or so beds) and some more ‘beds’ in the hallway and the living room. Furthermore the provisions/equipment were excellent. A full equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher, large table and lots of pots, pans, glasses, etc, etc. The washing machine proved to be very handy for our large group and the living room was big and hosted us all at a large table as well as with relaxing seats and 2 couches.

After riding the mountains we could store the bikes in the lockable garage, take a refreshing shower (2 showers provided) and rest on the terras or in the house. All of this made our stay in St. Martin de la Porte a very pleasant week and we thank Pierre for arranging the apartment for us and the assisting whenever needed.

The house (having two separate large apartments) is definitely recommendable for both summer and winter mountain and leisure activities.

Super maison et superbe séjour !

Maison super bien située, à 10 mn seulement d'Orelle. On a pu profiter du domaine de Val Thorens pour de belles journées de ski. L’appartement Collet Blanc est très confortable, bien équipé, et offre une belle vue sur la vallée. Très agréable également de pouvoir faire du feu dans la cheminée après une journée de ski. On reviendra et on recommande sans aucune hésitation !
