House in a very quiet area, close to the city center, 3 beds of 140.
House of 80m2 with enclosed courtyard and furnished terrace. It is located close to the historic center of Dijon in a quiet street with easy and free parking in front of the house. A tram stop at 150m will allow you to reach in a few minutes the historic center, the train station, the Golden Fleece at the zenith .... Equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace, living room of 30m2 furnished with two sofas and a BZ 140 (2 people), toilet, bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs. Sheets are provided, bath towels can be provided on request. You will find various shops nearby (bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, newspapers, banks .....). The auditorium, the sports hall, the congress center and the zenith are very close to our house. At the end of your stay you can make the house clean or pay (on arrival) a package of 40 euros for the end of stay cleaning. The price is fixed per night for 4 people. A supplement will be asked from the 5th person.

Beautiful house, so homely. Totally relaxing and perfect in every way.
Stayed here for two nights driving back from Lake Garda, Italy to England. After such a long drive it could not have been more perfect. It had everything we needed and more. Beautiful house, clean, homely and very relaxing. Spent the whole day sat in the back terrace having a lovely lunch and some wine. Comfortable beds, wonderful shower room and well equipped kitchen. A real home away from home and we will definitely be coming back, preferably in the colder months so we can make use of the lovely wood burner in the living room. Thank you Chantal for your kind hospitality and attention to detail. Nicky xx
Lovely home with great access to Dijon
Lovely and clean home. Great courtyard with a BBQ and outside dining facility. Friendly hosts and very welcoming. House has all amenities needed for a short stay. Nicely decorated and well maintained. Tram is at the end of the road and is equal distance to the old town of Dijon and the great indoor shopping mall at the end of the tram line of Dijon Valmy. Accueil très agréable, lieu au calme, maison impeccable
Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans la maison, confort, calme, propreté, tout était au rdv. La maison est très fonctionnelle. Bon accueil, merci pour les renseignements sur les environs. Proche de quelques commerces et tramway. Cela correspondait à ce que nous espérions et nous sommes ravis de ce séjour. L' adresse est à retenir...
Endroit idéal et familial
Excellent séjour passé en famille. Accueil et disponibilité remarquables par des hôtes aimant recevoir. La location est dans un état de propreté irréprochable et l'espace ne manque pas. Le stationnement dans une rue calme ne pose aucun problème. Idéalement placée, la location permet de circuler à pied dans Dijon (station de tramway à proximité immédiate). Vous trouverez tout ce qu'il faut dans le quartier (boulangeries, petit supermarché, journaux, pharmacie et plus encore). Les deux chambres sont sobres et dans un style moderne, le couchage est confortable. Le BZ dans la salle à manger reste un appoint non négligeable. La petite terrasse doit être géniale en été, elle permet de déjeuner en toute quiétude. C'est un réel plus en centre-ville. La cuisine est équipée et fonctionnelle.
Rien ne manque ou presque.

Séjour Professionnel
A l'occasion d'un déplacement professionnel j'ai décidé de profiter de l'évènement pour embarquer ma petite famille avec moi . J'ai donc loué cette petite maison tout confort afin qu'elle y soit à l'aise . Nous n'avons pas été déçus ! Accueil chaleureux malgré une arrivée un peu tardive en milieu de semaine. Le logement était propre et bien équipé. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié de pouvoir trouver sur place le minimum nécessaire en terme d'entretient (Liquide vaisselle, torchons, savon pour mains, sopalin, papier WC, tablettes lave-vaiselle ). Ceci fait la différence avec d'autres locations où il est souvent contraignant de devoir apporter toutes ces fournitures pour quelques jours à peine. Le logement est situé à proximité immédiate du tram. Le quartier est calme et nous avons profité d'un restaurant de proximité. Un piste d'amélioration serait de doter le logement d'un lit bébé et de quelques jouets sur place .
Nous reviendrons probablement lors de mon prochain séjour!
