Prestation pas à la hauteur du prix

Manque d'équipement et équipement pour la cuisine sale et usagé : il n'y a ni bouilloire, ni théière, ni dessous de plat, ni spatule/cuillère de cuisine, ni bol, manque de couverts. Il y a 4 grands saladiers mais aucun petit. Matériel de cuisson inadapté et très abîmé. Placard de cuisine sale. Pas de sèche cheveux. Pas de sac poubelle de rechange, pas de produit WC ni produit désinfectant. Porte de salle de bain qui ne ferme pas à clé. Réveil matinal avec le soleil car persiennes et pas de rideaux occultant. À prix équivalent, nous avons passé la semaine précédente dans un gîte beaucoup mieux équipé, avec des prestations bien supérieures. L'annonce ne reflète pas la réalité du lieu. Face à nos remarques, la propriétaire a essayé de satisfaire certaines de nos demandes. Point positif : très bonne literie, récente et confortable. Nous sommes très déçus d'avoir investi cette somme d'argent au regard des prestations reçues.
