About the property

Facing the Luc Alphand track and near the Col du Granon road

We will welcome you personally in our studio, oriented South Southwest, facing the Luc Alphand slope, close to the shuttle departures every 30 minutes; center station and shops have 7 minutes walk .. You will appreciate the sunny exposure, the comfort, the effective heating, the equipped kitchen: ovens, electrical household appliances. Shops and resort center between 400 and 700 meters. My accommodation is perfect for couples, families and four-legged companions.

Access of travelers

All accommodation is available to guests, they can also enjoy the ski box and free parking reserved for the residence.

Interaction with travelers

Living Briançon, we remain available to our guests during their stay! We happen to meet them, several times, on the slopes of Serre Chevalier!

Presentation of the neighborhood

ALPAGE is located on the heights of Chantemerle, facing the Luc Alphand slope and close to the Granon road and the hamlet of Villard Latté. Lawn common to the building. Access to Col du Granon, allows in summer, many high altitude walks, easy access, with views of the Massif des Ecrins. In summer, the Biotope swimming pool of Chantemerle, in the Pontillas Park, is a place of relaxation appreciated by families. Departures water sports: rafting, canoeing 1km. Many tourist spots are within a radius of 30 km: - Grands Bains de Monétier: 8.6 km; Briançon - Vauban, fortified city: 6.7 km; Alpine Garden of Lautaret: 15 km; Col du Granon: 10 km; Col du Galibier: 29 km; Col d'Izoard: 25 km.

Free shuttle, for the departure of the ski lifts, in the immediate vicinity of the ALPAGE, twice an hour, during all the winter season. Airport TURIN Caselle 122 km, and service to Chantemerle by Linkbus (1h50, 25 €). OULX TGV station at 39 km and shuttle bus to Chantemerle by 05 passengers, line S33, 9 €.

In season, rental from Saturday to Saturday, minimum duration one week. For adaptations, three nights minimum or arrival on weekdays or Sunday: contact us.

Cosy little apartment

Very well equiped and warm studio appartment with a handy little cupboard for skis. We stayed for four weeks in Jan/Feb 2017 and it is great for a couple. Christian & Hermine were great hosts, very friendly and helpful.

Appartement bien équipé, dans un environnement calme ,bien situé pour profiter de tous les sites alentour.

De nombreux départs de randonnées sont facilement accessibles.

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants,plein de bon conseils et disponibles.
