A large garden of 7000 m2, a contemporary character house with daring cubic forms awaits. The view is unobstructed panoramic countryside, the peninsula of Saint Jacut and Lancieux Bay. The garden borders the GR 34 and the greenway 4. The house is bathed in light. Bay of Beaussais 10 minutes on foot. Great tranquility. St Malo, Dinan, Dinard 30 minutes by car. modern and casual style interior.

House very nice and bright, beautiful volume of the rooms, beautiful terraces. Hiking down the garden with routes provided by the owner, walks to do good. Wild Coast with beautiful beaches. We enjoy the quiet of the countryside while being close to the beaches and the beautiful town of Dinan (not to be missed). We spent a great week.

17 nights in "The Beaussais" that leave us an excellent memory. A very nice house situated between Cap Fréhel and Saint-Malo. The residential environment is significant. Part "country" guarantees absolute silence; ideal to relax and recharge, while enjoying the splendor of the Emerald Coast. Of course thank you to the owner, Pascal, friendly, available, which offers quality accommodation ... An address in the Côtes d'Armor!

Tolle Unterkunft - sauber und modern in ruhiger Lage!

Wir haben in Sommer 2017 drei Wochen mit unseren drei Kindern im Haus verbracht. Es ist liegt in einer ruhigen Lage mit tollen Blick aufs freie Feld. Es ist noch sehr neu und daher auch modern eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Verschiedene Strände und erforderliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
