Rocky start, but lovely stay

The property was lovely. We did experience some issues. Internet access was advertised as provided, but we were never supplied access information. One of the 3 bedrooms was locked/inaccessible; fortunately we did not need it. The host was out of town and did not respond to multiple attempts to communicate via the VRBO app. The local proxy could not answer all of our inquiries and delayed our initial check in by 3 hours. The breaker was flipped off on the washing machine, the A/C remote was not in the apartment and the water heater was unplugged. Likely these items would have been addressed on day one had the host been in town or in communication. We did enjoy our stay following a bit of a rocky start.
