2 bedrooms, large living room with sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, large terrace.

This 75 m2 apartment is on the 6th floor of a charming residence, the old Grand Hotel of La Baule. It is 10 minutes walk from the market and downtown (Avenue de Gaulle). The apartment is renovated and carefully decorated. Large equipped terrace, facing the sea. The kitchen is open to the living. The 2 rooms at the back, overlooking the pines.

Double glazing for all windows. Heating.

The central location of the residence does not make necessary a vehicle.

There are many cycle paths along the sea, in the countryside around, and downtown. Bicycle storage is installed in the garden at the rear of the building.

The car parking is easy and free close to the residence.

It was like using someone's home rather than a rented apartment!

Fantastic apartment, in an amazing location with fantastic views! Communication with the owner was straightforward! We had a great time! There are so many places to visit, lots of great places to eat and unfortunately for my credit card. Some rather nice shops.

Brilliant location

4 of us spent a most memorable 10 days in this apartment.

Loved.

Location. Prompt service when the washing machine died. New replacement in 48hours. Good range of kitchen equipment. Efficient fridge and freezer. Furniture in lounge sufficient for 4 people. Friendly neighbours and pleasant caretaker. Good dishwasher. Lots of good eateries around. Many nearby fascinating places to visit; especially Le Crosic and Guerande. Excellent beach just across the road.

Possible improvements

Extractor fans inadequate. Parking although advertised as available is actually in the street, which in season is a problem. Bed linen is a little tired. Some of the crockery was chipped.

Overall this represented good value in a great location.

Magnificant apartment

The apartment is on the 6th floor and has a wonderful view of the bay. It is extremely well-equipped and decorated tastefully. Our host and caretaker were most helpful and flexible with regard to arrival and departure times. It was a privilege to stay in the apartment. We would love to stay there again.

Grand appartement tout confort lumineux sur grand balcon face à l'océan

Très bel appartement sur balcon face à l'océan, très belle pièce à vivre avec baies vitrées deux fois double vitrage face à l'océan, au 6ème étage. Tout confort. Accueil personnalisé. Propre. Décoration soignée. Cuisine équipée ouverte sur le séjour/salon. Très grande table dans la salle à manger pour les jours de pluie, vue mer. Sinon les repas sont pris sur le beau balcon. Stores sur le balcon. Marché de La Baule (tous les jours) à un quart d'heure à pied, je recommande l'écailler qui vous ouvre les huîtres, les met dans un sceau gentiment prêté, que vous dégustez sur le balcon, dans l'appartement. Le rêve en réalité!!! Location "excellent rapport qualité/prix"
