Truly excellent experience

This property is perfect, in fact the photos on line do not do it justice, in our view. It is huge, bright, airy, comfortable, so clean, so well equipped, really comfortable beds with fresh bed and bath linen provided. Andrea was so attentive which was really appreciated. The parking outside the door worked so well for us. The neighbourhood is so safe and has everything you could need on your doorstep yet perfect for getting to the sights of Chicago. We were a party of six adults, including two very senior ladies, we travelled from South Africa and UK visiting four US cities, this was the best of all our locations and we would return again without question. Thank you Andrea.

Great apartment in good location

Beautiful apartment and great location for visiting the city by public transport. Easy checkin and great communication from owner. We had a great time.

Great Lakeview location near lake/ballpark

Thank you, Andrea, for your beautiful place. We stayed a month, and it was an ideal accommodation for a trip we'd planned for years. The condo is clean, comfortable and spacious — an open kitchen/dining/living room. It had all the conveniences we needed, and given how long we stayed, we made good use of the kitchen, washer/dryer and other amenities. Loved the location—a 15-minute walk in one direction to Wrigley Field and a 20-minute walk the other direction to Montrose Beach. (Tip: For better swimming, go to the water at the end of Waveland. Montrose is a sandy beach but the water is too shallow. Waveland isn't a beach, and has no lifeguards, but the water is more conducive to swimming.) Our local coffeeshop (Dollop) was a short walk, and we often stopped in at Bar on Buena. Pre-ballgame tip: Pick up hot dogs at Byrons on your way. The Sheridan El stop is about a 10-minute walk, and we rode the buses occasionally. Between public transportation and cabs/rideshare we only rented a car a few days when we had a weekend trip out of town. The only aspect that was hard for us is that the unit isn't really set up for remote work, and we had some of that during this trip. One small work desk, the lighting could be better in some areas, and the internet wasn't great for video calls (our Verizon signal also isn't strong there). But the condo isn't billed as a work-away-from-home place, and I definitely would stay again for a non-work trip.
