Beautiful furnished ideal for 1 couple + 2 children, very well located near beach -42%

Apartment type 2 of 35 m2, ideal for a couple with children, both very close to the beach (400 m) and shops (300 m). It offers 2 rooms: a living room with a mezzanine (2 single beds) and a separate bedroom (with a double bed). It has over a sofa. It is very clear and its decor is particularly neat.

Important! The room is not located on the mezzanine, but the same level as the living room.

The apartment is particularly suitable for a family with children because children occupying the mezzanine (they particularly value), parents do not have to open the convertible sofa each night.
