Its okay but we sadly wont stay again....

Regrettably I am unable to leave a 5 star review for this property. Firstly, the property is within a working yard shared with the owners and other nearby neighbours. The photos are slightly miss-leading in this regard. Secondly, the property cleanliness wasn't up to standard. The shower had quite a bit of mould and lots of established spider webs all across the kitchen, living room and bedroom. I know it is located within nature but do not expect to see old spider webs and mould. Also hardly any cleaning products are provided. We were asked upon leaving if we cleaned the property well and I think the owner should specify in the ad that the onus is on the guest to clean on departure or they should provide the option for a cleaner. We did receive a kind call from the owners wife afterwards to thank us for leaving the property very clean. The owner was friendly but as stated in other reviews, I could see that it might be problematic if you have a disagreement during your stay. An old pot lid knob came off during our last night, not to our fault and when we reported this, it nearly became an issue. Apart from the above, I wont discourage you to go but perhaps take a bit more time to look at other properties in the vicinity.

Adresse à retenir absolument .

Endroit et hotes très accueillants, dépaysement total, là aujourd'hui nous voyons la Corse différemment, il s'est vraiment passé quelque chose avec et dans ce hameaux une amitié longue distance est née. Merci Pierre Jean et Valérie 😘

Die Einfachheit des Seins

Die Einfachheit des Seins – einfach schön! Wir waren zum ersten Mal für zwei Wochen auf Korsika. Die Zeit im ehemaligen Schäferhäuschen haben wir sehr genossen. Die Fotos und Infos im Inserat sind zutreffend. Es ist alles für die Grundversorgung Notwendige vorhanden.Pierre Jean und Valerie sind sehr aufmerksame, freundliche, hilfsbereite und gleichzeitig diskrete Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für Kaffee und Wein und die vielen nützlichen Tipps zur Freizeitgestaltung. Vizzavona, Porto, die Bootstour nach Scandola und Girolata, die Wanderung zum Bocca Palmentu oder die Fahrt durch Scala di Santa Regina haben uns sehr beeindruckt. Vielen lieben Dank an Valerie und Pierre Jean für zwei erholsame Wochen im Schäferhäuschen.
