A very quiet, near the city center, overlooking the bay of Cannes.

Large modern house, very well located, has slightly hillside, quiet, in a private domain of 8 houses, two steps from downtown Mandelieu. Very pleasant environment with stunning views over the bay of Cannes and the Lerins Islands. No pollution or noise vehicles while remaining close to downtown; not need a car to fetch the croissants!

House on two levels communicating by interior stairs:

- On the ground floor a large living room with a bay window overlooking the garden, furnished with table, leather sofas and armchairs, coffee table plus a double bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and washing machine and garage.

-First Floor: large dining room, a living room, overlooking a beautiful terrace by the front of the house, a kitchen (4 gas hobs comfortable with dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and all accessories kitchen) and two rooms with beds 160x200 and 90x190, a bathroom, a separate toilet.

Rollaway bed comes with mattress if required. Perfect house for 2 to 6 people and can accommodate up to 8 people without problems.
