Schön mit kleinem Aber

Das Ferienhaus ist ganz wundervoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man benötigt. Die Betten in den beiden Schlafzimmern waren sehr gut. Das Haus ist mit viel Dekoration wie Vasen, Bildern und Familienfotos eingerichtet. Das Vermieterpaar ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Kontakt mit ihnen via Mail verlief immer sehr schnell, Antworten kamen prompt. Die Gegend spricht für sich - goldige Örtchen, tolle Strände, interessante Märkte… Leider gibt es ein „Aber“: Kurz vor der Anreise kam eine Mail, mit der Aufforderung, eine Kaution in Höhe von 500€ mitzubringen, von der nichts in der Anzeige stand. Bei der Ankunft hieß es, wir sollten die Endreining selbst durchführen, wovon auch nichts in der Anzeige stand. Insbesondere letzteres hat mich sehr geärgert. Dass man das Ferienhaus besenrein hinterlässt, ist für mich eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Da ich aber im Urlaub eben Urlaub machen möchte und mich nicht mit Hausarbeit beschäftigen möchte, zahle ich gerne für die Endreinung, wenn angekündigt, möchte sie aber keines Falls selbst durchführen. Laut Anzeige kann man bis um 10 Uhr abreisen, was wir auch so ankündigten. Auch da bekamen wir die Antwort, dass wegen eines Termins der Vermieter schon um 9:30 Uhr Übergabe wäre. Da nutzte auch eine revidierende Mail am nächsten Morgen nichts, nachdem wir uns schon geeilt hatten. So schön es auch war - für uns passte es nicht so gut und wir werden dies Haus nicht noch einmal mieten.
