City Centre living just doesn't get any better. This well equipped and beautifully renovated 18th Century 4 storey Town house comes complete with 5 bedrooms, 3 exquisite bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen/ dining room, Living room, family room and patio garden.

Sitting within the ancient city walls, this home is ideal for family get together, groups of friends or a group of corporate visitors who wish to be in the centre of it all.

There are two reception rooms. The living room with flat screen TV, gas fire and Duresta sofas which can sit 12 and the Family room/Library, with a Chesterfield sofa, tub chairs, desk and wood burning stove which sits 7 comfortably.

The kitchen has been expertly designed to make cooking and entertaining easy, however with the many restaurants available in York within a 10 minute walk you may never need it.

The furniture and beds are all 5* hotel quality with an American King in 1 room and 3ft singles in the twin rooms. Linen and towels are provided as is soap, shower gel and the basic cleaning materials

There is parking at the rear of the property with a secure garage for a small car and another space in front. Additionally there is on street parking in front of the property available with parking permits (which can be purchased through the owner at a cost).

Excellent Stay 5*

Stayed here last weekend as a group of 13 girls. Everything about this house is Fab. Immaculate inside & out, lovely spacious rooms for us all and a nice big kitchen/living area where we could all be together. So close to everything we needed. Would definitely recommend. Serena was very helpful with any questions and had no problems during our stay where we needed to contact her.

This York townhouse is stunning with great communal areas, spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. The location is perfect for visiting the city, minutes away from the main areas but on a quiet residential street. Great hosts who responded quickly to any minor queries during our stay.

This place was ideal for our weekend away. Beautifully furnished and everything you could need for your weekend. The garden was lovely to sit and relax in over the weekend and the location of the property couldn’t be more ideal. Lovely house, great location!

We had a wonderful weekend staying here for my niece's wedding. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. It was very convenient for everything...walking distance to the Wedding but also The Shambles & The Minster. It was the perfect base for our weekend, thank you!

Absolutely stunning house. We came for a girlie weekend & 11 of us stayed there more than happily.

So close to the centre of York - we couldn’t believe it! Parking was perfect & so cheap for a permit.

Serena very helpful & would fully recommend to anyone wanting to stay in York.
