Superb studio furnished 30m2 renovated nine place of Mexico City Paris 16th between Eiffel Tower and Champs Elysees and 10 minutes walk from the OECD. Direct buses Trocadero airports.
Located on the 6th floor with elevator on calm and sunny courtyard. Shopping area facing a gallery open until 22h. Normally we welcome 2 guests, but we can put an extra bed (duvet and sheets included as well as bathroom linen) for a 3rd traveler subject to our agreement and for a supplement of 20 € per day (indicated in additional charges) .
Our studio is not suitable for young children for security reasons.

Departamento en Trocadero
El departamento es tal cual se mostraba en la foto. Excelente ubicacion. Muy bien equipado. Y contaba con productos de tocador.
Todo el interior era casi a estrenar. En la cocina habia vajilla de todo tipo, y nos recibieron con productos para desayunar.
El dueño nos espero en la puerta con muy buena atencion y predisposicion.
Muy recomendable.
tres bon compromis prix et situation
un appartement agréable et très bien situé pour visiter .
mérite d'être trouvé sur le site en meilleur postions (car il faut mettre des critères afin de pouvoir le voir apparaitre( position , quartier et prix en même temps)
notre fille est très contente de ce lieux qui lui a permis de passer ses concours dans de bonnes conditions (près du lycée Janson)
et qui lui a donné une vision de la vie parisienne.
on remercie le propriétaire qui à su les accueillir, une adresse à connaitre avec un bon rapport qualité lieu prix.
