Housing with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, overlooking the sea and mountains, east-west.

The house of 105 square meters, has three bedrooms, one, one with a double bed and wardrobe; This room has a bathroom with sink, mirror, bathtub and bidet. In this bathroom are two wardrobes, one of them the washing machine.

The other bedrooms; each have two single beds, and both have also wardrobes.

Both the master bedroom and the bedroom 1 communicate with a glazed and facing east, sea and mountain views, and from where the coastal towns of Bajamar and Punta del Hidalgo are contemplated. This sunroom is a sofa that can be used as an extra bed.

All three bedrooms also communicate with the rest of the house by a small hallway, where there is a service bathroom with sink, shower and a small wardrobe.

Below is a complete open kitchen with microwave, 4 ring hob, sink, oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The furniture of the kitchen is more than enough for 6 people.

The kitchen is connected to a living room where a large table for 6 persons or more with a sofa and a TV with DVD.

This room communicates with an open terrace facing west overlooking an agricultural area, and from which a very beautiful sunsets sun contemplated; in certain atmospheric conditions envisaged in the same sunset the appearance of a nice green beam of very short duration.

Gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Eine gut ausgestattete helle Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick erwartet die Besucher. Für maximal fünf Personen stehen drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Duschen bzw. Toiletten zur Verfügung. In einem großen Koch-, Ess- und Wohnbereich fühlen sich die Besucher sehr schnell wohl. Zwei große Balkone (Ost-, Westseite) krönen den insgesamt guten bis sehr guten Gesamteindruck dieser Ferienwohnung. Sehr freundliche Vermieter erwarten die Besucher und vermitteln ihnen außerdem die notwendigen Ortskenntnisse (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants ...). Zu beachten ist, dass im Winter - vor allem im Januar- keine Heizung vorhanden ist.

Nette Wohnung mit super Ausblick

Eine helle, geräumige Wohnung mit super Ausblick auf das Meer. Küche und Bad enthalten alles was man für die Zeit dort braucht. Es ist zwar nicht neu, aber gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben uns durchwegs wohl gefühlt, der Vermieter war sehr nett und bemüht. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: die Wohnung ist hellhörig (vielleicht auch nur weil wir aus einem Haus kommen). Wir würden aber jederzeit wieder dort wohnen wollen!

Ottima vacanza

Siamo 6 persone adulte e ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo appartamento grande e luminoso. La visuale che si vede dai due balconi è notevole : mare e Teide. Quando siamo arrivati c'era un magnifico tramonto sul mare. L'appartamento è nella parte di isola più verde e pacevole, è molto curato e accessoriato di tutto. I proprietari gentili e discreti.

Lo consigliamo sicuramente.

We spend wonderful vacation at Bajamar and near towns. Apartment was great, and the landlord was wonderful tough he doesn't speak english, but that was no problem. I totally would spend there another week with my family in this apartment. Many thanks to owner.

Magnificent home very comfortable, fully equipped, very bright and overlooking the sea and mountains. Ideal for families with children and to combine family holidays with business.

Bajamar enjoys a mild climate throughout the year, and housing, of about 100 square meters, is located in a quiet, next to natural pools and sandy beaches area which comes walking in about 15 minutes; on its coast there are three areas where you can surf. In Punta Hidalgo, besides beaches and swimming pool, is, among other sports facilities, a skate park.

The house is the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful country and beach holiday, ideal for relaxing, swimming at any time of year, surfing and hiking, as from housing easily accessible from the Rural Park Anaga, with its leafy, lush forest, and their hamlets, through a network of well-marked trails.

The house has three bedrooms, two of them very bright, facing east, as well as a living room and kitchenette, also very bright, facing west, and two terraces, oriented east is glazed.

In Tenerife microclimates that vary every few kilometers, people and nature combine. The island has a variety of landscapes and ecosystems, so that over 45% of the territory is covered under different forms of protection of nature. Enter each of the paths allows us to find a new corner, a new surprise or spectacular scenery.

The network of trails of Tenerife grows daily with new routes that are rehabilitated and put into use; many of these trails are already approved by the ERA (European Ramblers Association), which guarantees the quality of its signaling and safety standards; many others are in the process of approval. We invite you to visit them.

Bajamar is only about 10 km from San Cristóbal de La Laguna, declared a UNESCO World Heritage city, being only example of not walled colonial city.

If you love the pure nature, in Tenerife you will find spectacular places, natural parks and protected landscapes of great beauty:

- Nacinal TEIDE PARK: He was declared a National Park in 1954, and in 2007 UNESCO declared it a Site of Natural Interest; live in several unique animal and plant species in the world,

- NATURAL PARK FOREST CROWN: surrounds the Teide National Park and covers several municipalities; It is the largest protected area in the Canary Islands. It is possible to go hiking in some of its areas.

- PARK RURAL ANAGA: is a protected natural parage with abundant flora and fauna; its climate makes possible the existence of samples of the world's leading laurel.

Both Bajamar and Punta del Hidalgo are numerous restaurants where you can sample typical Canarian cuisine.
