Domaine Blue Park - Antibes French Riviera

A unique place in France, especially on the French Riviera: give yourself time for a weekend or an extended vacation stay in a newer homes (2016) High-end region .

Antibes-Juan-Les-Pins is a unique location - at the crossroads of Cannes and Nice - and real sandy beaches (in contrast to Nice where you will find pebble beaches).

Domaine Blue Park opened in 2016, 4 hectares of greenery and architecture, a 20-meter swimming pool, living space "car" (underground secure parking) in the heart of Antibes-Juan Les Pines.

Unique by its location and view: near the center of Antibes and the long beaches of Juan les Pins (4-5 minutes by car), the Domaine is both very accessible (highway serving Nice, Cannes, highway, etc.) and central, while having its position slightly in height, which gives it a unique view especially given its location nearby.

Indeed, 99% of the views of the French Riviera overlooking other buildings (buildings, houses). At Domaine Blue Park, located in the heart of the city, 11 hectares of forest (protected species) are available to you in diving and direct view. When the weather permits, you even have a glimpse of the sea from the garden of the apartment.

The residence is new, the garden - which you can enjoy to relax and lunch / dinner - is naturally for now, and will be landscaped by a soon, perhaps already at the time of your visit. Eventually, a private pool (in addition to the pool of the residence) will be located in the garden.

The Blue Park Estate was designed by the famous architect Ricardo Spani, who signed the finest achievements of the Riviera. The Estate is modeled on a "village" where all car traffic is banned, surrounded by beautiful architectural buildings set on 4 hectares of land planted with Mediterranean species protected.

A superb swimming pool 20 meters long, built by Diffazur, the leader in custom concrete pool, adorns the Domaine Blue Park.

Bedroom :

Open to the patio and the garden through a large double glass door, the room is decorated with a super comfortable bed Treca the Black Label series - worth 5000 euros, in which you enjoy falling asleep after beautiful beach day, resting or visiting the region Côte d'Azur.

Pillows, 100% down, are carefully chosen for their comfort and fit. All linens are chosen from the leading models of Calvin Klein Home collection or Frette (room), or treated "Bios" (anti-allergy, etc.) (living room). I reserve the sheets exclusively for my guests and are tastefully chosen. Naturally, duvets (220x240) in the bedroom and lounge are also carefully selected and offer comfort and quality "high-end" for your nights.

Unlike many other locations, we have thought about your comfort to the storage: storage spaces are exclusively reserved to put your clothes and the wardrobe (with a score of wooden hangers) you also fully booked. Bonus: a standard size suitcase can easily find space in the cabinet also, generating more space in your living room. We have thought of everything to accommodate you.

The living room :

The lounge has a large sofa 3 places gray (and new!)That transforms in seconds and without moving the bed in a very comfortable 2 adult places.

A triple bay window in the living room opens onto the patio and garden, offering unparalleled views of the surrounding greenery (no construction is visible while you are in the heart of Antibes and the French Riviera).

Television is one of the latest models in Ultra HD "4K" Philips. Its large screen (120 cm) offer you great quality images. Thanks to the "CHROMECAST" system provided look very easily your images, including images in 4K Ultra High Definition (there are tens of thousands on Youtube) choose to broadcast directly from your Smart Phone 4K video landscape, or an exotic fish aquarium or fireplace. Ultra High Definition, the effect is striking and bring a touch of fun to your stay.

Functional, it hides under its wing doors (with speed bumps for closure) all that is necessary for your stay: a washer dryer for Scholtes programming, dishwasher 9 place Bosch, a beautiful refrigerator. All instructions will be provided on site with descriptive photos, to not spend half an hour trying to figure out "how it works".

The Guy Degrenne cutlery and glasses are of high quality and contemporary taste, such as pots, plates, bread board, cups of tea and coffee, egg, etc. (Fine porcelain Rosenthal brand, etc.).

You will have room to store your groceries; we reserve fully 2 levels (4) of the refrigerator. No more searching

The patio :

Located in the direct extension of the bedroom and living room, accessible by large windows, the patio is one of the other special places from your apartment. 16 m2 furnished with armchairs with comfortable cushions, a "Moon" armchair in which bask become your best memory. Both protected and open to the outside, it is the place where you prefer to enjoy the outdoors while enjoying some comfort.

From the patio, you go to the garden and view "100% green".

The bathroom:

The large bathroom is decorated in warm, relaxing shades. Safety - Parking: fully secure parking with direct access to the apartment (a few meters) is reserved. No need to lug your groceries for kilometers, and your vehicle will be kept safely.
