Beautiful detached 3 Bedroom villa with a very summery and fresh decoration. The villa is set on two levels and it boasts peaceful mountain and sea views from both the ground and the upper floor. The upper floor comprises of the master bedroom, the in suite bathroom and a large private sun terrace that boasts great views towards the volcano Montaña Roja and toward the atlantic ocean and across to Fuerteventura. The ground floor bedrooms look out to the garden and the private pool while both the living room and the enclosed dining area have sliding doors opening out to the terrace and the barbeque area. All the necessary utensils are provided for the use of the hand crafted barbeque which is a must-use to enjoy delicious alfresco meals. Sun loungers are provided for the solarium and patio table and chairs are available in the shade for cooling away from the sun. All the bedrooms have double beds, wardrobes with plenty of store space, and portable fans for the warmer days as well as heaters for the cooler nights. An extra single bed has been fitted in one of the bedrooms should there be a need for its use. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, coffee maker and all the necessary kitchen utensils to make cooking practical and easy. The lounge has a flat screen TV with IPTV system receiving a great number of english channels including premier league games and satellite antenna for the german channels as well as DVD and CD player. The dining area with views across to the sea, has a sitting capacity for 8 persons. Washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board available in the utility area. The villa is located in the tranquil residential complex of Aguamarina, in the vicinity of the well-know complexes of Faro Park, all the local amenities (Supermarket, bars, restaurants) and the bus stop. There is a very good bus connection (every 30 min) to the village of Playa Blanca and the Marina Rubicon. The sea front with its promenade and with a series of small sandy coves, excellent for a fast dip or snorkelling, is 3 minutes walk away, while for those who like walking, the leisury walk to Playa Blanca right by the sea, is a very enjoyable experience.

5 star style and comfort

Just returned from wonderful stay in Villa Teresa, the villa is very clean, smart decor with a stylish modern look. Just as smart outside , nice pool , lovely gardens, a special bbq area. ( a little surprised by the lack of outdoor friendly glasses/plates ) It has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Location is spot on 3-4 minute stroll into the commercial area of Faro park with a very good selection of bars/ shops / restaurants. The villa is right beside the coastal path which is a 40 minute easy walk into playa blanca . As a regular visitor to playa blanca and a big fan of the faro park area we will return to this lovely villa.

Super Villa!

We had the most wonderful stay in this villa, the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, the beds are very comfortable and the villa is impeccably clean. There is everything that you need and more to make your holiday perfect. We had 3 young children with us and it was a fantastic holiday they loved the pool and had great fun playing around the villa and discovering the different attractions on the island.

I highly recommend this villa, Sofia is very professional and makes you feel so welcome, she has attention to detail and is always quick to reply with any questions you may have. I would definately return if I go back to Lanzarote!

Amazing

Loved this villa as soon as we stepped through the door. There was so much room,the bedrooms with large comfy double beds, large dining area next to the kitchen and large terraces upstairs and downstairs. The pool was warm so no nasty cold shocks when you climbed in. We had only two minor problems but phone calls to Sofia and they were attended to within 15 minutes. Sofia was such a pleasure to deal with as well. The villa is well situated as a 5 minute walk gets you to a parade of amenities, fried chicken shop, supermarket, mini- mart, tapas bar, Spanish and Italian restaurants, Port of Call restaurant, Lounge bar, Snug bar,Lighthouse cafe and not forgetting La Moka wonderful pastry shop and cafe. The number 30 bus runs every 30 mins from this parade of shops and restaurants into Playa Blanca centre at 10 to and 20 past the hour till 10 o'clock at night. We will certainly be contacting Sofia again and returning next year. Hope everyone finds this review helpful. I would recommend this villa to couples and families alike.

Great for a relaxing family holiday.

Villa Theresa was everything we were looking for. The facilities in the villa were just what we needed...a home from home. It was clean and very well maintained, we all loved the pool and even got my Mum in there one day ( no small achievement )! Sofia the owner provided a very useful folder full of advice and ideas for sightseeing and restaurants. We ventured out in the hired car both for day visits and evening. Would thoroughly recommend the local restaurants, especially 'Port of Call'. All in all a thoroughly good time and as usual went far to quickly. Thank you Sofia.

Location

From the Owner

We fall in love with Lanzarote from our very first visit and after coming back to the island over and over again, we finally decided and purchased our home as it became clear to us that Lanzarote was the place where we wanted spend most of our time. We prepared the property with a lot of ilusion and to our taste as we only wanted to use it for ourselves and we have fully enjoy it. Lanzarote and our home have always been for us the equivalent of total relaxation and peace of mind. Our actual circumstances have made it dificult for us to spend more time on the island and this is why we have decided to share our piece of paradise with other persons hoping that they will also apreciate and enjoy the villa and the island as much as we have done.
