Villa with character that has been restored recreating its rustic origins, ideal for couples or small families. It is located near 'El Mal Pas', one of the best areas of Alcudia, just 1.5 kilometers from the beach and near the old village. Very comfortable because of its proximity to everything you need supermarkets, shops, restaurants ...
The villa has a large garden with perfect places to relax away from the noise and crowds, there you can find a pool with sun loungers and a porch full of shade perfect for spending evening evenings. It really is a very private and independent place.
The house was built two centuries ago and maintains all the character of yesteryear in its details.

Distribution
Inside the house there are two bedrooms, a dining room with wooden beams, a full kitchen with all amenities and bathroom. The stone walls of the house keeps the interior temperature very pleasant.
The outside we can enjoy a suite separated from the house with bathroom and a beautiful porch (renovated in 2016).
The house is equipped with air conditioning and internet.

Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2 In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3 When a late check-out is possible, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 1:00 p.m. and € 90 until 4:00 p.m.

The villa is beautiful with a fantastic sized pool and lots of surrounding grass areas. It was extremely tidy and well equipped. Beds were extremely comfortable which is always a plus. Lots of towels were also available for our family. When we arrived Juan was there to give us all the information we needed. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Juan was also quick to respond to any queries throughout the stay. The villa is approx a ten minute walk to the nearest supermarket and a range of excellent restaurants . We did this most days and then walked to the square for a taxi back home. This was approx 5 euro. The road back to the villa at night was a little dark and with children we felt it easier to take a taxi. We had a fantastic time at the villa and would love to return. Alcúdia is a great spot for families and Els Oliver’s was perfect for our needs.

Perfect location, beautiful villia.

Very good location, close to town and beach. Juan was a perfect host and explained everything we needed to know. Villia has an amazing outdoor area by the pool.

This villa is a unique place

The house was situated in an ideal place and the interior was decorated with furnished with the highest quality in mind. The atmosphere is very relaxing with a nice pool and beautiful garden. We could not have asked for a better location, between the town and several small private beaches. The walks we took were incredible. We only need the car for exploring other places like the towns of Valdemosa, LLuc and the capital Palma.

Rustic, rustic, rustic

Alcudia is an old place, with roman ruins and a great gothic church. We chose a rustic retreat to really get into the feel of it. Impressive stonework and private. Those were the two main qualities that literally embrace you when you are there. Plus it is very clean, the management were friendly and full of advice. Great location next to Alcudia where there is a charming market and everything we needed. The two weeks we spent really rejuvenated our spirits.

Una casa preciosa

En cuanto vimos las fotos nos gustó esta casa, pero cuando vives allí te enamoras de ella. Nos sólo disfrutamos de las calas cercanas a la casa, la piscina particular y buenas caminatas por los alrededores, sino que lo que nos apetecía era disfrutar de la casa: sobre todo de los ratos de lectura bajo las enredaderas, al fesquito, y las noches junto al hogar. Recomendadísima.
