About this property

WEEKLY RENTAL only.
In a tourist residence *** of recent construction (2011), this crossing apartment of 37m² is in perfect condition; for health reasons, it is non-smoking.
The living room is bright and opens onto a south-east facing balcony (5m²), sunny all morning until around 1 p.m. It is notably equipped with a two-seater BZ sofa and an air conditioning system.
In the very functional kitchen, you will have all the equipment you need today (including crockery for 6 people, ceramic glass table with 4 fireplaces, dishwasher, microwave oven, etc.), raclette machine, crunch machine. -Sir, and picnic basket included!
In the master bedroom, also facing south-east, you will be woken up by the sun's rays (summer!).
The sleeping area (6m²), separate from the other rooms, is equipped with bunk beds which will delight two children.
Finally, in the bathroom, you can take a bath in a real bathtub; separate wc.

Outdoor parking reserved for residents, swimming pool heated in summer and secure, individual ski locker adjoining the apartment.

800m from the cable cars located in the city center, shuttle (small train) between the residence and the cable cars throughout the winter period (journey time 7 '). Possibility to rent a secure ski locker at the Ax les 3 ski area;

Semaine idéale

Avec la chance du beau temps et de la neige en abondance, notre séjour à Ax s'est parfaitement déroulé. L'appartement est tout à fait adapté à notre famille de 4 (2 adultes et 2 ados), fonctionnel, propre et bien placé à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville et de tous les services.

Super !

Nous avons séjourné 7 nuits dans l’appartement. La préparation de notre arrivée et l’accueil de Alain et Christine ont été remarquables. Merci à eux ! L’appartement est conforme à la description : propre, fonctionnel et équipé, rien à redire. Concernant Ax, les randonnées ou sorties raquettes et les bains du coulombet nous ont fait ne pas regretter le manque de neige à la station. Nous reviendrons si possible :-)

Très bon sejour

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et pu découvrir une belle région. Le logement est très propre et les propriétaires très cordiaux. Le centre ville est accessible par un petit sentier arboré, et il y a de nombreuses randonnées / activités en famille à faire aux alentours.

Super proprios et appart !

Appart au top ! Propre et fonctionnel. Beaucoup de choses à disposition (jeux, feuilles, crayons, kit pique-nique, bâton de marche...) Et des proprios hypers sympas et accueillants avec des gentilles attentions à notre arrivée ! Merci Mr et Mme Maguis !
