Exclusive villa with private swimming pool which is surrounded by mountains where you can enjoy the nature and peaceful area. Ideally located at 5 minute walk from the centre of Puerto Pollensa where you can find many shops, restaurants and bars and only a 10 minutes walk from the long sandy beaches of the Bay.

It´s a two level house. In the ground floor is a spacious living room and lounge dinning room, a separated Wood kitchen with all the facilities, utility room, an outside double bedroom with an on suite shower room. Just in front of the kitchen you find a covered terrace with comfortable sofás with stunning views of the Tramuntana mountains and the infinity pool. Next to the living room is another covered terrace with a barbeque to enjoy al fresco dinning. There are two stairs lead to the first floor, one of them located in the living area and the other one outside in the garden. On the first floor there are three more bedrooms, one of them with an on suite shower room and a private uncovered terrace, two twins bedrooms sharing a shower room and another uncovered terrace. The villa is fully furnished and equipped and tastefully decorated, benefiting from central heating and air conditioning in the hall house.

This property boasts spacious terraces, and barbeque and a generous sized infinity pool.

The house has been inhearitage from family to family for four generations. The estate belonged to the family of my husband, Toni, and now we have inherited from their parents. The house and its surroundings hold many family memories. My husband and his brother were born and raised there and they have a special affection and love it. Our own family want to preserve the property for the love and the memories and for being part of our ancestors.

We have refurbished the property this year and everything it is new and ready for

you to enjoy.

Beautiful villa and excellent holiday

The villa and surroundings were fantastic. Very well maintained to high standard. Owners very helpful and easily available for any queries. Party of 7 with 3 older teenagers and all had lovely time. Easy walk to port de pollenca for meals, beach etc. Would highly recommend this villa and would return in future.

Suggestions for villa: welcome pack as high spec accommodation would give finishing touch. Useful info pack for local amenities would be helpful ( though owners gladly provided suggestions).

Great villa in a good location

The villa is lovely as shown in the pictures, it was cleaned well for our arrival. It's in a good location with easy walking access to the restaurants and beach. We had a few problems which very quickly rectified by the owner who was always very responsive on WhatsApp.

The main thing that stops me giving it 5 stars is that you expected everything to be just right when paying the amount we did to rent the villa and there were a couple of things that let it down. The lack of a welcome pack with some essentials (A couple of bottles of water, milk, some condiments and washing up liquid for example) A book with some information about the local area would have also been a welcome addition. But overall great villa in a good location

Excellent rustic Charm

This villa is everything you could want for a quality relaxing holiday. We have just returned from staying with friends and family celebrating my 50th birthday. All our party was impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the property. It was very well equipped and in a great location being only five to ten minutes from the Bars, Shops, Restaurants and Supermarket. No car required.

Joana the owner met us at the villa and was great at communicating via What's app during our late arrival due to flight delays. She made us feel very welcome and had no problem booking Taxi's and Airport transfers for us. Toni and Joana live very close to the villa so are close at hand to support any needs that may arise during your stay. To summarise: Excellent property, great location and very lovely owners who care about there guest's.

Outstanding

We were a group of three couples using the villa as a base for a cycling vacation. We were not disappointed. The property was perfect for us.

Location is superb - a very easy walk to the grocery store, perhaps five minutes - and only a few more minutes will get you to the shops and restaurants. A car isn't necessary.

The property owner, Joana, was extremely helpful, and was available to us despite our arrival after midnight.

The villa itself was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the property was quiet. The yard and pool area were great, and we used them every day. There are several areas to use for dining, and we used them all - inside and outside. The villa has a rustic charm, but has all of the modern conveniences.

I would highly recommend this villa, and wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

Fantastic week at the villa

Excellent villa facilities were first class villa is was even better than the photos. Owners were excellent and the rustic appeal of the villa is great. Very peaceful setting but easy walk to the centre with plenty of entertainment.

Pool was also great kids loved it.

Amazing!!!!!!

The Villa was amazing and the situation was perfect. It was set in a quite part but only 10 to 15 mins walk to the beaches.

You don't need a car if all you want is a relaxing holiday. The villa had everything you needed and it has lots of room so you always had space. I want to be back there now.

We would go back next year no problem.
