Nice apartment on the second and top floor of a villa of character veulettes sea, seaside resort.

He has an extensive terrace with sea view and full view of the village. Its access is via an outside staircase which is part of the architectural heritage of the coast. the villa enjoys a raised and maintained garden.

The property is situated 200m from the seawall promenade of the coast of Alabaster.

the incomparable light, hiking and water sports offer you a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Lovely appartment nearby the sea

Appartment is very tidy, close to the sea and the terrace has a great view.

Town has a small shop, 5 restaurants and a casino. Within a 10 minute drive you will find a Carrefour and a town with all facilities you could need during your vacation.

This is a great little apartment in a lovely little seaside town.

We stayed here for 10 days in August 2016. It's a great little apartment. Lovely sunny terrace. Plenty of space for the 3 of us. The kitchen was really well equipped, with everything you could need. The terrace gives some private outside space with a view over the trees to the sea.

Maxence was a great host, very helpful and friendly. Made sure we were comfortable and found us some deck chairs for sitting in the garden. He also supplied plenty of towels and all linen for the beds.

It's about a 5 minute walk down to the beech and the restaurants - all of which were good and all have childrens menus. There's a bakery in the town and a small supermarket - which isn't that well stocked, so we used 2 that are about 10 mins drive away - one in Canx Barville and the other on the way into St Valery en Caux.

There's mini golf, tennis courts and a sandy play park for kids to enjoy in the town. There's also other children's activities on the seafront in St Valery en Caux - about 10 mins away. We also spent a day at Lac du Caniel, around 15 mins away - which is a water sports park, with lots of other activities for kids.

The town had it's summer festival when we were there and although we missed the day activities because we were in Paris (which is a straight forward 2 1//2 hour drive) we very much enjoyed the evening concerts and fireworks.

We had a great holiday in this part of Normandy and would definitely recommend this property to others.

Wunderbares Anwesen-toller Strand-nette Vermieter

wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum und sehr schön eingerichtet. In der Küche ist auch eine Spülmaschine-im Urlaub natürlich besonders schön. Der Ort ist nicht überlaufen und der Strand gerade bei Ebbe traumhaft. Die Umgebung läd zu

wandern ein. Der Küstenweg GR 21 ist sehr zu empfehlen. Für Gartenliebhaber sind in der

näheren Umgebung traumhafte Gärten zu besichtigen. Für Urlauber die Ruhe und Natur suchen ist dieses Anwesen ideal. Besonders möchte ich noch die Vermieter erwähnen, die

immer äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend waren und sich liebevoll um das Anwesen kümmern.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einem sehr gepflegten Garten

Das Haus steht in der Nähe einer wenig befahrenen Straße und ist wenige Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Es ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, so dass wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Der Vermieter spricht auch ein sehr gutes Englisch und ist bei Bedarf sehr gut erreichbar.

An der Strandpromenade befinden sich einige Restaurants. Der Ort eignet sich sehr gut, die Gegend mit Auto oder Rad zu erkunden. Im Tal wurde ein sehr guter Radweg angelegt, der auch für Kinder sehr gut nutzbar ist.

Mooie woning in mooie rustige omgeving. Mooi dakterras met fantastisch uitzicht.

Onze vakantie was zeer geslaagd dankzij deze mooie karakteristieke woning. De tuin was zeer goed onderhouden. Mooi zonnig dakterras.

Comfotabele slaapkamers. Keuken was goed uitgerust.

Aardige engelssprekende eigenaar. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Komfortables wohnen in Strandnähe / living comfortable near the ocean

Saubere und fein renovierte Ferienwohnung mit Vollkomforteinrichtung, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir haben einen sehr entspannten Sommerurlaub mit 3 Personen (4 Personen möglich) verbracht. Das Domizil bietet die Möglichkeit auch abends auf dem sehr geräumigen Balkon schöne Stunden bei tollem Abendrot zu verbringen. Die Küche ist sehr aufgeräumt und es fehlt an nichts. Der Vermieter ist schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar und antwortet umgehend. Auch einen Fahrradkeller konnte uns kurzfristig zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Wir bedanken uns herzlich für den tollen Urlaub und empfehlen die Ferienwohnung gerne weiter.


Proper and very good refurbished holyday home with full comfort interieur. We got a absolutely relaxed summer holyday for our family (3 persons, 4 persons possible). To enjoy the afterglow, the flat has a big balcony. The kitchen is clean and complete. The rentor is well reachable and answer very fast.

A bicycle storage room he provide without problems. Thank you so much for the very nice summer holiday. Merci beaucoup !
