Great place away from the busiest spots

We were in Florence for a week so deliberately chose to stay in the Altrarno, where it would be a little calmer. This is a lovely little apartment - sympathetically modernised in a very old building. It’s only 20 minutes walk from the train station - maybe 15 to the Piazza del Duomo - and there are loads of bars and restaurants around. One note of caution if you have mobility issues. It’s up a steep stone staircase - maybe 30 stairs - and not easy with a heavy case.

Effective ,efficient meet and greet....to an apartment in the most pleasant area of Florence, an apartment with all amenities and convenient for the busy City.. ...only downside of our wonderful time (outside the control of the host) was the lack of information of Bus Routes..but we will recommend the apartment to all who want to visit .

Fantastic Location

The flat was exactly as described and was comfortable and a perfect base for discovering the city. The location was great, very relaxed and not so busy as the north side of the river but still full of character. Sylvia was very helpful and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants. Thank you!

Amazing property and location!

The property was fantastic, brilliant facilities, looks amazing and is in the perfect location to enjoy Florence. Wish we could have stayed even longer. Would recommend to anyone who wants to experience Florence on a full !
