About the property

6 main rooms, large garden, quiet, village center on foot, useless car

Ante-scriptum: I downloaded on the site a .pdf plan and a model lease.

Family house "neo Breton" having served as principal residence, six main rooms, on ground of 2. 000 m2 surrounded by raised slopes (many oaks) and hedges protecting eyes.

Very pleasant.

IMMEDIATE ENVIRONMENT (the house is incredibly visible on Google Earth):

residential and very calm.

House on small non-busy street, away from the main road.

High and thick hedge separating the front yard of the small non busy street - no possible relation of the few passersby.

Of the four neighboring houses whose grounds are adjoining:

- two distant at the back, invisible,

- a second on the right a little less distant but separated by the embankment and invisible on all sides - quiet summer neighbors,

- the third on the left is closer and separated from a simple hedge but invisible from the terrace and from the first half of the front garden (you really have to walk in the front garden towards the street, to see it and the same for these neighbors) - neighbors friendly locals.

5/10 minutes walk from the beaches and town center, shops, supermarket, restaurants (creperie -vice, pizzeria - excellent whose operator has won and / or finished very well ranked several international competitions, an excellent gourmet restaurant next door , bars - from the local tobacco bar to the inimitable atmosphere at the posh bar of the gourmet restaurant, pharmacy - this is the nearest trade, bank note dispenser.

In conclusion of this chapter: everything on foot, car unnecessary, consider disconnecting the battery to restart it at end of stay!

The nearest beach, a cove, one of the most beautiful and pleasant of the surroundings, is accessible only by a narrow pedestrian path (so far from being crowded because the first car park is distant in the center town), is really very close; "5 min walk" is an expression, I never checked watch in hand :-) say 5 minutes jogging, 10 minutes walking, 15 minutes taking breaks to admire the properties along the trail, and 20 mn if you really do not have the sense of orientation! accessible with children in strollers (trail slightly sloping at its end and some roots).

This nearest beach is on the Forest Bay, and so gives access, not the beautiful coastal path (pedestrian obviously), to all the other coves of the bay.

Large Atlantic beaches facing south, 15 minutes walk.

multiple opportunities during sails, boards, sails and boat trips. The beautiful archipelago Glénan (no "s", a curiosity) accessible by ferry.

Aquatic Center in FOUESNANT, doctor, veterinarian, medical analysis laboratory (5 minutes by car).

The house served as the main residence for my retired parents-in-law: the two-piece paintings of the bottom (office, photo n ° 12 and bedroom, photo n ° 13) were redone and the house was completely leached, carpets cleaned. , etc., by professionals, in July 2016; the paintings of one of the children's rooms and the bathroom of the 1st were redone in June 2017.

- complete and comfortable furniture but in use condition,

- office / library (photo n ° 12) 11 m2 - new paintings - with extra bed (but the house is more comfortable when this office is not used as a bedroom: it is very nice and sunny, its window overlooks the front garden: it is better to use it to isolate oneself, as a reading room for example, and to store garden mattresses during the night),

- small room (photo n ° 13) 10 m2 - new paintings - double bed and wardrobe, window on the back garden,

- kitchen 12,5 m2 with window, overlooking the back garden - complete equipment in state of use - stove and gas oven - crockery and cutlery in use - marble floor - general condition of use very correct ,

- small bathroom 4 m2 with window, bathtub, bidet HS - general condition of use very correct,

- separate toilet with window - faded wallpaper.

ON THE FLOOR: landing, parental room (photos n ° 17, 18, 19 and 20), two rooms of children, bathroom with toilets:

- landing with window overlooking the front garden - carpet in used condition - white wallpaper very good condition,

- large parental room (photos n ° 17, 18, 19 and 20) 18 m2 crossing with two windows giving on the gardens of front and of back - carpet in state of cleaned use - two wardrobes, of which one reserved - wallpaper faded ,

- 1st children's room 13 m2 - child wallpaper in good condition - two single beds and wardrobe, overlooking the front garden, very nice,

- 2nd children's room 16 m2 - painting redone in June 2017 - a double bed and a single bed, two windows overlooking the back and side gardens,

- large bathroom 8 m2 - paintings redone in June 2017 - window overlooking the back garden, bath, bidet and toilet not separate.

Large basement a little crowded, boiler (central heating), small washing machine.

Grand cherry from Japan to the front of the garden center: perfect for naps ...


Our friends are welcome (I always had dogs and currently a pretty greyhound dog Podenco saved from the barbarism of men - you will surely find some hair here, there ...), with the following conditions which are ABSOLUTELY IMPERATIVE:

- neither barker (at least without excess) for the tranquility of the neighbors,

- neither aggressive,

- neither ranked "attack" (1st category) nor "guard and defense" (2nd category),

- insured (proof requested),

- vaccinated (proof requested),

- equipped with a flea collar.

Beware of runaway dogs (which is the case of mine) the land is not fenced.

In conclusion, I have made great efforts in recent years to restore the house in good condition and I assure you that you will spend a great holiday, as I have done for a long time!
