About the property

5 bedrooms, large garden, quiet town center on foot, car unnecessary

Family home "neo Breton" used as a principal residence, six rooms including a convicted because of its shabby condition, on ground of 2 000 m2 surrounded by wooded slopes (many oaks) and hedges protecting looks.

Very pleasant.

IMMEDIATE ENVIRONMENT (the house is incredibly visible on Google Earth):

residential and very calm.

House on small non-busy street, away from the main road.

High and thick hedge separating the front yard of the small non busy street - no possible relation of the few passersby.

Of the three neighboring houses whose lands are adjoining:

- A remote rear, absolutely invisible,

- A second right a little less remote but separated by trees and invisible slope from all sides - very quiet neighbors holidaymakers,

- The third left is closer and separate a single hedge but invisible from the door living room window - dining-room, the terrace and the first half of the front garden (you really have to move forward the front garden to the street to see and ditto for that neighbor) only three windows of the house overlook this house: one of the three (the smallest) of living - dining-room, one of two windows 1 of the bedroom and the two windows of the condemned room 1 - neighbors friendly people.

5/10 minutes walk from the beaches and town center, shops, supermarket, restaurants (creperie -évidemment, pizzeria - excellent whose operator has won and / or finished highly ranked several international competitions, a gourmet restaurant right next great , bars - the local bar smoking in the inimitable atmosphere of chic bar gourmet restaurant, pharmacy - it's the closest trade, bank ATM.

In conclusion of this chapter: everything on foot, car unnecessary, consider disconnecting the battery to restart it at end of stay!

The nearest beach, a cove, one of the most beautiful and pleasant surroundings, is accessible only by a narrow footpath (so far from crowded because the first car park is small and the second center furthest village) is very near; "5min walk" is an expression I have never checked my watch :-) say 5mn by jogging, 10 minutes at the walk, 15 minutes by pausing to admire the properties that border the trail and 20 minutes if we really have no sense of direction! Accessible with children in strollers (slightly steep trail to the very end and some roots).

It is located on the Bay Forest, and thus gives access, not the stunning coastal path (pedestrian course), all other inlets of the bay.

Large Atlantic beaches facing south, 15 minutes on foot.

multiple opportunities during sails, boards, sails and boat trips. The beautiful archipelago Glénan (no "s", a curiosity) accessible by ferry.

Aquatic Center in FOUESNANT, doctor, veterinarian, medical laboratory (5 mins by car).

circuses presence very often been in very close vicinity.

Several clubs in the area (required car, but activity VTC development in the area, including one that I use frequently when I go by train)

DESCRIPTION OF THE INTERIOR OF THE HOUSE:

The house served as a residence for my parents-in retirement: I did some painting recently and went there the week of July 11 to 16 (I'm in Paris) to refine: artisans, plumbers and my gardener helped, the house was completely washed; cleaned carpets, etc.

All bedding is recent (mattress and box springs recent and quality, blankets and sheets in used condition): three double beds (or two double beds and two single beds) plus a single bed in an office.

As it stands, ideal for three couples or two couples and two / three children considering that a chamber is doomed.

Available for seasonal rental for the first time - virtually no imperfections reviewed.

Rental value in high season, local agencies tell me: 1. 300 € per week, proposed 1 € 000 per week, for four occupant (supplement to negotiate each additional occupant) and counting on adults to monitor the baths children (or vice versa ...) do not exceed several hours ... :-)

No phone, no Internet connection.

Multiple board games.

Very many books.

On the ground floor: double living room, office, bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen:

- Marble floor entrance on marble staircase - white wallpaper very good condition,

- Double living room 41 m2 crossing with three windows with a door window on the front garden - marble floor - white wallpaper very good - old TV but quality, not connected (I have to get a TNT), DVD player and VHS, many videos and DVDs for children / adults,

- Complete and comfortable furnishing but used condition,

- Office 11 m2 - new paint, white and blue - with extra bed (but the house is more comfortable when the office is not used as a bedroom: it is very nice and sunny, its window overlooks the garden front: it is best to use it to isolate, as part of reading, for example, and to store garden mattress during the night) - carpet in use state recently cleaned by a professional - to receive a library to contain the many books of all kinds which are stored for now (but accessible) on the first floor landing,

- Small bedroom 10 m2 - new paint, white and pale yellow - double bed and wardrobe, window to the rear garden - carpet in used condition recently cleaned by a professional,

- Kitchen 12,5 m2 with window overlooking the back garden - complete equipment in a condition to use - gas stove and oven - crockery and cutlery used condition - marble floor - general state of very correct use ,

- Small bathroom 4 m2 with tub, bidet HS - general state of very correct use,

- Separate toilet with window - faded wallpaper.

First floor: landing, master bedroom, two bedrooms, a doomed, bathroom with toilet:

- Landing with window overlooking the front garden - carpet in used condition - very good condition white wallpaper - the many books of all kinds are stored there for now (but accessible)

- Master bedroom 18 m2 through-with two windows overlooking the front gardens and back - carpet cleaned in used condition - two wardrobes, one reserved - wallpaper faded, washed out paintings,

- Room 13 m2 - wallpaper in fair condition - double bed and wardrobe, overlooking the front garden - carpet cleaned state of use, leached paintings,

- Large bathroom 8 m2 - floor of correct use - window overlooking the back garden, bath, bidet and a toilet,

- Sentenced room - wallpaper repeat: children's room three single beds (two of which can be swapped with the double bed on the other room), two windows overlooking the back garden and side - carpet cleaned state use .

Large basement during decluttering, boiler (central heating), small washing machine.

ACCESSORIES :

ping-pong table in good condition (rackets probably see).

Two canoes fitted jackets.

Two adult bikes, one in good working condition, tube change on the second.

Two teens bikes, same: one in good working condition, tube change on the second.

Teak garden furniture (table and chairs) parasol - all in proper use of state.

A lounge chair in teak, two plastic of good quality, garden mattresses correct usage state.

The garden, which was very beautiful, is now kept in a simple way (a sailing boat and a car stored in the back garden).

Terrace at the front, facing south, flat stones which several disjointed, perfectly protected from view.

Grand cherry from Japan to the front of the garden center: perfect for naps ...

ANIMALS :

Our friends are welcome (I have always had dogs and now a pretty greyhound bitch Podenco saved from the barbarity of men - you will surely find some hairs in it, there ...), the following conditions are ABSOLUTELY MANDATORY:

- Nor barker (at least without excess) for the tranquility of the neighbors,

- Neither aggressive

- Classified or "attack" (1st category) or "guard and defense" (2nd category)

- Insured (proof required)

- Vaccinated (proof required)

- Equipped with a flea collar.

Watch out for runaway dogs (which is the case of my own) the land is not fenced.

In conclusion, I have worked hard in recent weeks to put the house in good condition; yet you will surely find some corners that escaped laundry Saint Marc, but I assure you that you will spend a great holiday, as I do myself a long time!
