Welcome to the heart of a sun-drenched region between Provence and Languedoc at 30 minutes from Avignon, Nimes, and near Uzes; Our house is located in a small village of 1,700 inhabitants, Sernhac.

Sernhac is near the regional park of the Camargue, 30 kms from Arles, Les Baux de Provence, 65 kms from Saintes Marie of the sea. Upstairs, a magnificent view of the entire village of Sernhac, hillside, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. This house of character with dry stone walls gard, has several terraces where everyone can find their privacy.

The garden, with lush vegetation surrounding the house. . The mezzanine or 2nd living room turns into isolated by curtains, with 2 to 4 beds, small adjoining mezzanine composed of 1 bed 1 person and 1 sofa bed comfortable 140 for 2 adults. Quiet house, Spacious living room (50m2)

4 comfortable rooms, including 1 for 4 persons on 2 levels, or 2 adults and 2 children. 2 bathrooms, 1 very large, double sink and bathtub, and 1 small with shower and toilet, 1 large loft can be converted into bedroom for 2 to 4 people, 1 small adjoining loft, consisting of 1 sofa bed in 140 and 1 1 pers. All beds are extremely comfortable. The pool of 4.5 x 8 m and pool house in dry stone consists of a bar and a refrigerator. A large terrace with garden lounge chairs, sun beds, and 2 hammocks.

3 terraced areas with table and chairs, totally private, large garden of 1000 m2, play area for children.

Parking in the property for 3 cars

possibility to park outside also for several cars. During your stay we are always available by phone and try to stay close to home within 30 to 50 kilometers, in order to intervene in case of problem with the house or pool. A pool maintenance and gardener pass in the outer parts at home at agreed times ahead with our tenants, about 3 times if our tenants want watering the garden themselves or take care of the negotiations are open ...

The neighborhood:

The old town, dating back to the Gallo-Roman period, the Nîmes aqueduct, a listed building. The wonderful scrubland walk a few minutes, vineyards and olive trees, iris and wild fig trees, walls Gard ... GR6 dry stone through the village and joined the Pont du Gard. 3 kms from home, Remoulins city center and its many traders are at your disposal even on Sunday morning.

Many affordable restaurants in Remoulins and in small villages. The beautiful market of Uzes, elected city more "beautiful France"

A 2 kms, a small equestrian center with riding opportunities for children and adults rates are very affordable.
