About the property

Very bright duplex apartment, quiet and cozy.

Duplex apartment located next to the well St John in the center of Annecy and close to the train station, the old town and the lake.

Its ideal location allows you to visit the town of Annecy on foot. Fully equipped and furnished. Very quiet, bright and cozy.


duplex apartment on the 4th floor without elevator of an old building typical of downtown. There is no access for the disabled.

The house consists on the first floor of a pleasant living room, a toilet and a kitchenette equipped: gas plate, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator and on the floor of a room with new bedding (mattress shape memory 140x200 2 places), a bathroom, a mezzanine "cabin space" under the roof with little height ceiling equipped with a bed 2 places (new mattress 140x200) .

The wireless internet is free and available in the whole house.

Access for passengers

The accommodation is situated close to the old town and the lake. Several bus stops and bike rentals are located close by (train station ..).

The ship pier is close by.

If you are driving you can park 200m from the underground parking of the Town Hall / City Hall (paid parking) free parking is located a little further up Roman or water sports Annecy (next to tennis) to about 10 to 15 minutes walk.

If you arrive by train, the station is 400m.

Trade with travelers

I'm generally available between 12:30 and 14:00 and from 18:30 and will be able to welcome you to give you information about the area and the inevitable visits to make. If you arrive outside these hours, we will agree by phone to access housing.

the neighborhood

The apartment is in the heart of the old town located in the center. Rich animations, shops and restaurants, you will be only steps away from the lake and castle.

At your door, pedestrian streets rich in animation, very commercial, and channels letting discover each intersection a place full of history and charm.

transport network

Parking is near the accommodation Parking in the town hall.

Two free car parks are located 10 minutes walk: instead of Roman and nautical marquisates.

The train station is 5 minutes away and bus stations are nearby.

The rules of procedure are:

No smoking.

Not suitable for animals

No party or evening

May not be suitable for babies (presence of stairs)

The discretion and the respect of the neighborhood are de rigueur

The bins must be out

The apartment must be left in a suitable state of cleanliness

The time of entry is 12:30 - 13:30. or 18h30 20h

Late arrivals can be made for a fee:

Late check in after 22. 00: 30E, after midnight: 40E payable on arrival

Très bon accueil ,une propriétaire très sympathique. Le lit cabane sous le toit convient bien aux enfants. Literie confortable. Ne pas craindre les escaliers (4e étage). En bref, super étape.

Appartement atypique et spacieux. Propriétaire très sympathique, qui a su nous donner quelques bonnes adresses.

Annecy est vraiment une ville magnifique , les paysages sont superbes. À refaire .
