Superb 3 room apartment of 43m2, renovated in 2015.

The apartment is located in the Cliff area facing the Morzine valley.

It is easily accessible from the entrance of the station with its proximity to the Cliff covered parking (no need for carriage or snowcat shuttle to access).

Enjoy the quiet of the residence Saskia 1 ideal for families and features a spacious lobby maintained and guarded day and night by P & Holidays.

The apartment is in close proximity to many shops which will facilitate the organization of your stay: supermarket, bakery, laundry, SKISET rentals, restaurants and cafes.

For children the appointment of the ESF is within 200m.

Avoriaz is the ideal resort to enjoy multiple activities: ski resort par excellence, his domain "Les Portes du Soleil" consists of 650 km of tracks. A pedestrian resort or taxis are sleds pulled by horses!It's always a snowy station where you walk skis at the foot amidst homes and wooden chalets that blend into the landscape. It is a station that is busy every day for all ages and will fill all your desires for escape and relaxation.

Perfect location - compact, clean and comfortable!

I would recommend this apartment in terms of good value, cleanliness and location. It is very convenient for arriving at the top station in Avoriaz and the local Sherpa market, but more importantly you are a mere 10 seconds away from skis / board on and dropping into the Proclou and accessing the entire ski area - truly ski in / ski out.

We are a family of 4 (2 x boys aged 7 & 9) and this apartment was perfect for us.

Jerome (the owner) was very helpful on email in advance of our stay and Carole (who manages the apartment) was on hand and contactable as needed when in the resort.

We had a great time - thank you

Perfect location . Lovely apartment , fantastic resort

The apartment is perfectly located in the Falaise district. The apartment it's self is very well equipped plenty of room and all the beds including the sofa bed are very comfortable. Very warm because there are plenty of heaters and the separate shower and toilet are great for us all getting ready. Very modern decor with a cosy feel. We absolutely loved the apartment next time we go to Avoriaz we will book this apartment.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans un appartement très agréable, très fonctionnel et avec 2 vraies chambres aux literies très confortables.

Le propriétaire est très attentionné et le service de conciergerie est aussi rapide qu’efficace.

Bon séjour au pied des pistes.
