Great property for family holiday
As a family of five (three teenage youngsters), we had an excellent week in the idyllic town of Sutivan. The property was great, with loads of character, but really well furnished, clean and easy to use. The location worked well, literally two minutes walk from a lovely beach one way and the picturesque harbour with its restaurants and 'buzz' the other. Likewise supermarkets were within a couple of minutes walk. Communications with Tea were easy and helpful. Our only minor 'niggle' was that we had to stagger showers to get enough hot water. But the good points more than made up for that! All in all a great week - thank you!

Great Location
The apartment was clean and very well equipped. It was so quiet and peaceful. Great location for beaches, restaurants and supermarket. Unfortunately the wifi didn't work which was disappointing when travelling with a teenager. Sutivan is so charming we can't wait to return.

On recommande !

Muss man halt drauf achten.

My husband and I are both teachers who are hoping to retire from teaching before we reach 67 ! We visited Croatia nearly 20 years ago with a view to buying at some point in the future. After arriving on Brac we fell in love with the island and decided to look for a property immediately. We toured the island and enjoyed Sutivan so much we bought our house there. It has the perfect mix of a good range of amenities in a beautiful unspoilt village. We employed a builder who completely renovated and restored the house whilst maintaining traditional features outside with a contemporary interior. We love visiting Sutivan and feel as if we are coming home having become friends with some of the locals.

Why they chose this property

We love the location of the house in the oldest part of the village. It is completely tranquil as there is no road and we are surrounded by traditional houses. However we are able to walk to fabulous beaches, the harbour and restaurants in 2 minutes.
The house is a traditional stone house which we have renovated in a contemporary style. it is light and simple in decor, but well equipped.

What makes this property unique

Quietness, charm, and proximity to beach, harbour and restaurants.
