Clean, beautiful decorated and central

This was lovely apartment. Location was great for everything we wanted. It was clean and beautiful decorated. Everything u would need for cooking (although not much cooking was done lol) lots of surrounding bars and restaurants and supermarket also. It has 2 single beds and a sofa bed. We decide to give up the beds for the 2 teenagers and only downside was that the sofa not too comfortable for 2 adults but we managed. Highly recommend it. Would defo return in the future.

Fabulous

Have just spent five weeks in this lovely apartment , it has everything you could possibly want , really good quality kitchen items . Although we did not meet with owner he answered all queries at once via email . From booking to leaving apartment everything went very smoothly thanks to owner . Hope we can book again in near future .

Apartment rental

We stayed in a hotel in Benalmadena in the summer but wanted to try something different so we rented an apartment this time. Glad we did, the apartment was very comfortable and in an ideal position for the town, railway station and the beach. I think the owner hasn't had the apartment very long so obviously wants to upgrade it but we really enjoyed our stay and will do it again.

Did what it said on the tin

Stayed at the apartment from 14th July to 23rd July. 2 adults 1 15year old boy

Booking process was simple and quick.

Check in simple with a lovely lady called Mrs Paqui who whist didn't speak English managed to explain everything perfectly.

Although the apartment had a few bumps and bruises it had obviously been recently updated including new fixture and fittings.

The free WIFI was very useful.

The kitchen whist small was fully functional and had everything thing (and more) needed for at least four people. The washing machine a great touch

There is a small balcony which has nice views to the sea.

The only thing that lets it down is the lack of aircon for the summer months it was very hot and even with windows open and a fan caused trouble sleeping.

The facilities for the block are somewhat confusing there appears to be a long standing dispute regarding the Gym and bars including pool bar/refreshment area resulting in them all being closed.

There also some bizarre rules around the pool and garden areas, for instance around and in the pool the following are not allowed

No sunbeds or chairs

No floating items (except arm bands etc)

No towels

No food or drinks

No ball games of any type

No diving

so as long as you just want to swim its fine!!!

The garden area has the same rules with the exception of towels and sunbeds which can be used

Once you have adapted to that it is ok but can be boring for kids over 5.

Location of apartment is great with easy access to all the major attractions by foot or short taxi ride. The walk back up the hill from the beach and marina can be tiring but plenty of stop offs.

There are lots of bars and restaurants close by with all tastes and budgets catered for.

A very well stocked Mercadona is less that 1min away.

We enjoyed our stay and would revisit but perhaps not summer months (unless aircon was installed)

Owner's Response: Thank you for your sincere appraisals and for the care of my apartment. Only two clarifications. I bought the apartment in May and I didn't have time to do all the reforms that I had wanted. Soon the apartment will have air conditioning and other small reforms to improve the stay of the renters. But I think that it is not very warm. It has a southeast orientation and the Sun touches a few hours in the morning. If it does not make too much heat with a good ventilation it is sufficient. About the rules of the block, I can’t do anything but I think that they are directed to the good conviviality and the relaxation of everybody. In summer there are many people and they have to get along. I hope that you would revisit me soon. Kind regards

Parfait !

Un appartement parfaitement bien équipement et avec goût. Une belle terrasse avec Une magnifique vue sur la mer. Nous avons passée 2 merveilleuses semaines chez Emmanuel qui était très réactif au message et toujours au petit soin.

Un grand merci à Emmanuel , le véritable accueil médittérinéen 😊
