A éviter

Les photos de l’annonce ....le projet ? Annonce non contractuelle, un séjour de désillusions en désillusions. Une envie de faire demi tour dès l’arrivée : terrain non attenant et en friche (il faut traverser le terrain du propriétaire présent sur place pour y accéder), piscine non utilisable (sale et liner claqué), le robot nettoyeur a passé 10 jours au même endroit. Le jacuzzi ....une vraie mare aux canards et vétuste de surcroît. Maison sombre, sale, non accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite comme annoncé et non équipée comme prévu. Bref si vous voulez commencer vos vacances en faisant le ménage et la vaisselle et avoir à faire à un propriétaire de mauvaise foi n’hesitez pas c’est la bonne adresse et en prime c’est en vente ! Visite assurée sur votre temps de présence.
