Independent villa, 4 faces, with exceptional view on sea, located in L 'Estartit, opposite the Iles Médès, paradise of the divers.
In peace, the house of 150 m² is located in the heart of a pine forest, facing the sea, 10 minutes walk from the beach.
It has a private swimming pool, several terraces including two with sea views.
Well-decorated interior, large living room with American kitchen (work in progress), 4 bedrooms including a master suite, bedroom with double bed (160) and two bunk beds, bedroom with double bed (160) and a small bedroom with double bed (140) or 10 beds, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets.
The house has equipments (equipped kitchen, dishwasher, plancha, washing machine, TV with French channels, wifi, garden furniture, sunbath ...)
There is air conditioning in the living room; By cons it is optional in 3 bedrooms (to see directly with the owner).
Bed linen and towels are also optional (80 € per week and 50 € towels (washing and ironing)

Great Villa in a quiet part of town

We stayed here in late July 2019. We shared the villa with another family, so 8 of us, 4 'adults' and 4 teenagers. The villa itself is situated up the hillside overlooking the sea. It's a beautiful view which is peaceful and has a refreshing breeze. The town is about 10 mins away down 218 steps (which always wake you up on your journey back to the villa at the end of the night). The villa is well stocked, very clean and stylish. Dealing with Olivier was straight forward and they checked us in with no problem. We had a great week here. The villa has enough facilities to cook in house and there are lots of supermarkets close by. L'estartit also has lots of dining options. Lots to keep a bunch of people with diverging interest busy for a week and thoroughly recommend this villa and location. I understand why people keep coming back to l'esartit.

Nice house, needing a little TLC

We were greeted & shown round the property by Oliver & his wife who were very nice but communication was difficult as they don't speak much English. Great balcony with fab views & bbq, nice living areas, sleeping was a little uncomfortable as only one air condition unit working. A car is a 'must' on this hillside area. Fab fridge with ice maker & well fitted out kitchen & appliences, comfy beds, no English TV whatsoever . The house starting to show ware & tear in places, cracked tiles etc. Lots of steps, we were family of 7 with one infant, a cot was provided for us. Pool area is great, pool water got dirty easily with tree leaves etc but is cleaned once a week. We enjoyed our stay there but felt it was just a touch pricey, linen & towels were an extra cost. Thank You.

Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren mit einer großen Familie (6 Erwachsene, zwei Kinder und zwei Hunde) in der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist sauber und sehr geräumig. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch Handtücher, Bettlaken und co. waren bei Anreise vorhanden. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft und auch der Garten mit dem privaten Pool war sauber und sehr einladend. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und hilfreich bei unseren Fragen. Noch dazu ist der Ort ist einfach toll. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, viele Restaurants, schöne Wandermöglichkeiten und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. Kleinere Mängel waren, dass z.B.zwei Klimaanlagen kaputt waren, wodurch es in den Zimmern sehr warm war, da kaum Durchzug bei der Hitze möglich war. Noch dazu hätten wir uns gewünscht im Vorfeld mehr Informationen zu der Einrichtung zu erhalten; also dass zum Beispiel Handtücher und Bettlaken vorhanden sind - dann hätten wir uns einiges an Gepäck sparen können. Trotzdem war es alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt und können diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Kleiner Tipp für Urlauber mit Hund: der Hundestrand ist nicht 10 Minuten entfernt sondern etwa 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß, weil nicht in jedem Abschnitt Hunde erlaubt sind. In der prallen Sonne ist der Weg also etwas anstrengender.
