Siamo tornati in questo appartamento dopo due anni e lo troviamo sempre funzionale, pulito e con una vista stupenda su Villasimius.

differenziert betrachtet, sonne und schatten

details, die mangelhaft zu bewerten sind: check-in-desaster: im online-inserat wird ein kontakt angegeben , der seit ca 4 jahren nicht mehr existiert !!! ( und im übrigen immer noch angegeben wird, obwohl ich fewo diesbezüglich informiert habe; wie soll man das noch verstehen); selbiges hatte zur folge, das wir bis kurz vor abreise keinen kontakt herstellen konnten z.b. um zu klären, wie die schlüssel- und wohnungsübergabe ablaufen soll. die uns mitgeteilte wohnungsadresse stimmte nicht. die uns zwischenzeitlich seiten fewo mitgeteilte kontakttelefonnumer befand sich im mailbox-modus; immerhin: kurz vor unserer ankunft in villasimius ( ca 15 min !!) kam ein rückruf. jetzt zur wohnung: keine geschirrspühlmaschine (obwohl im inserat aufgelistet); die einzelbetten für einen durchschnittlich großen erwachsenen mitteleuropäer zu kurz; im bad und wohnküchenbereich extrem unangenehme geruchsbelastung, offensichtlich folge einer problematik im bereich der abwasserentsorgung. warum die vorbewertungen auf diese punkte ( . check-in-problematik , bettengröße , geruchsbelastung) nicht eingegangen sind, erschließt sich mir nicht; sämtliche angeführten punkte waren natürlich auch bei den vormietern schon vorhanden. bzgl einmalig erwähnter mangelhafter geschirr- unf besteckausstattung: kann ich mich nur anschließen: was die positiven punkte betrifft ( terrasse, aussicht etc) möge man die schon verhandenen " bewertungen lesen"; in diesen punkten sind sie korrekt.

Non essendo la prima volta a Villasimius abbiamo scelto un appuntamento in una posizione favorevole. Ottimo panorama e vicino al centro paese. Tutti i confort richiesti erano presenti nell’abitazione. Felici della scelta effettuata.

Appartement très agréable et très bien situé, proche de tout.

nous avons séjourné fin juillet 2018 et avons été enchantés de notre séjour. l’appartement est sain (pas d’humidité), les pièces sont vastes, et les deux salles de bain très appréciables avec 2 ados. la literie est excellente. mention spéciale à la douche extérieure qui permet de se rincer en rentrant de la plage sans salir l’appartement, avec vue panoramique sur la vallée. seul bémol : la cuisine assez peu équipée, il manque de la vaisselle, des verres, des couverts, et quelques accessoires bien utiles : épluche légumes, couteau de cuisine, grille pain... pour le reste c’était top! merci à Giusy pour son sourire!

Ottimo appartamento per ferie a mare con famiglia

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento moderno in collina con vista mare due settimane a luglio. La presentazione sul sito corrisponde a quello che abbiamo trovato. La casa era pulita e ben attrezzata con piccola cucina, soggiorno, grande terrazza con doccia, giardino, lavatrice, due bagni spaziosi, due stanze con letti comodi, parcheggio davanti alla casa. Il proprietario era molto cordiale e la posizione della casa era ottima per raggiungere in breve tempo spiagge (5 Min. in auto), negozi e il centro (a piedi).
