Located in the heart of the city of Saumur, the gte BUDAN will seduce by its discreet class and timeless appeal.

In a Haussmann building, facing the theater (The Dome) and adjacent to the Tourist Office, it offers an exceptional location.

A private parking, covered and secure, free from care parking.

The 4 **** by Tourism Anjou, it offers every comfort for a pleasant stay in the "Valley of Kings".

The apartment has the approval of two private interior terraces, one of more than 50m2, you will enjoy in the summer for your meals.

Authentic paintings and prints adorn the walls, just for pleasure.

Totally isolated from city noises THE BUDAN still has the image of a certain art of living ...

The situation on the 1st floor is also accessible by lift (the development is however not intended for people with reduced mobility).

This non-smoking apartment equipped for 4 people (not accepted animals), presents the following:

Living room with a seating area with sofa and club chairs, TV, DVD player, free WiFi, telephone. Dining Area. Open kitchen with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, dishes and cooking utensils for your comfort.

A hallway leads to two bedrooms, the dressing room, the bathroom and separate WC.

Bedroom 1: two beds 90x200. 2 bedroom: a bed 160x200. Babies are welcome, a cot and highchair are available.

The linen is provided and included in the rental price. Beds are made for your arrival.

Deposit required on arrival: 300 euros.

Local tax (1.75 EUR per night and per person from 18 years) to be paid on arrival and cleaning fee (50 euros) on your departure if you have not visited the apartment the cleanliness where you found it.

Centra and convenient

The property is ideally located in the center of Saumur, aided by on site parking - thus, no hassles to drive in and certainly none to walk around town.

The apartment is of a nice size, furnished comfortably with an open concept living kitchen area. There are 2 bedrooms, an updated shower room and a large storage room. But the really enjoyable feature is the terrace which runs the entire length of the apartment - thus, accessible from every room int he apartment. It was a pleasant stay in a clean, comfortable place well situated in Saumur.

The owners are friendly, ready to help and understand the needs of travelers. I plan to stay here my next visits to Saumur.

A lovely, tastefully furnished apartment and everything provided. Very well positioned, opposite the Loire and very convenient for exploring the town and environs, including a secure car parking space. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay in the centre of town

The apartment was exactly as expected from the photos - beautifully furnished, well kept, comfy beds and very clean. It is perfectly located right in the centre of town, yet very quiet and has great covered parking. The apartment has two terraces, the larger of which got the sun well into the evening. The owners were extremely hospitable on check in and very patient with our basic French. We had a lovely stay and would throughly recommend the apartment.

L'appartement est impeccable très bien équipé il ne manque vraiment rien.

La situation est idéale en plein centre et avec une place de parking.

Les propriétaires sont vraiment très sympas et de bons conseils.

En résumé un séjour vraiment très très agréable !!

Un appart Tranquille dans l'hyper centre

Un accueil chaleureux, un appartement très bien conçu et très bien équipé, super literie, très grand calme, aucun bruit de circulation, pas de vous un en dessous appréciable avec les petits pas des enfants.

Idéalement situé. Au coeur des commerce à 100 M du cinéma. Nous avons adoré l'endroit et la ville.

Appartement super cosy

Le Gîte d'Isabelle correspond complètement à la description du site mais il est encore plus cosy que sur les photos, il est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très propre et vous ne manquerez de rien.

Vous êtes à 2 pas du centre-ville sans les inconvénients, l'appartement n'est pas du tout bruyant, proche de toutes commodités (l'office du tourisme est à 2 portes de l'entrée de l'immeuble).

L'accueil d'Isabelle et son mari a été très chaleureux avec toutes les explications nécessaires à un bon séjour dans l'appartement.

je le recommande vivement.

Je garde cette adresse pour mes prochaines visites dans les environs.
