Extended winter rentals during the period from October 2017 to March 2018 are £750 per month plus linen, towels, gas and electricity!

Villa La Repere is a very comfortable holiday home, tastefully furnished and on two floors. For smaller families either floor can be rented separately and the other floor will be lock and unoccupied.

On the upper floor is 1 double bedroom with air-conditioning and en-suite shower-room, and 1 twin bedroom with air-conditioning (with an additional bed available).There is a family bathroom and a modern kitchen with dishwasher. The comfortable lounge has a satellite TV and DVD player (with a selection of DVD's) and a large dining area. Outside you will find a covered terrace and steps lead down to the sunbathing terrace by the 8 x 4 metre private pool. Gardens surround the villa and the property is walled and gated so it is safe for children. Also at pool level is a separate 1 bedroom apartment that can sleep up to 4 people by utilising the double sofa bed in the lounge. It has a bedroom with air-conditioning that can be configured as a double or twin, a lounge with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom: with shower, wash basin and toilet.

Upper Floor:

Lounge: satellite TV (including BBC and ITV), DVD player, wood burning stove.

Dining area: large table seating 8, door to covered terrace.

Kitchen: gas hob and cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave.

Bathroom: bath with shower over, washbasin and toilet.

Master bedroom: double bed, air-conditioning, wardrobe, satellite TV, en suite shower room.

Twin bedroom: air-conditioning with additional single bed available.

Balcony: with table and chairs

Lower floor:

Master bedroom: with double or twin bed(s), air-conditioning, satellite TV.

Lounge: with satellite TV and a double sofa bed.

Dining area: Kitchen: with fridge/freezer and washing machine.

Bathroom: with shower, wash basin and toilet.

Outside: Sun terrace: large dining table and chairs, sun loungers, barbecue and gazebo. Private swimming pool: 8m x 4m, depth 1 - 2m.

Internet Wi-Fi is available free at the villa, there is a selection of DVD's for you to watch and a safe for your valuables!


3 bedrooms all air-conditioned, sleeps up to 8 people, double sofa bed in lower floor lounge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, satellite TV, DVD player, internet Wi-Fi, parking, private outdoor pool, pool side shower, barbecue, bars and restaurants nearby, beach 10 minutes walk, shop 7 minutes walk.

Utilities: The rental price includes an allowance for electricity of 15 units (Kwh) per day. Any usage above this is charged at 0.25 euros per unit and taken from the refundable surety. This allowance is adequate for normal use of the facilities, including the air-conditioning, and you can check your usage on the electric meter for the house.

La Fustera: La Fustera lies on the South Eastern coast of Spain, between the larger resorts of Javea and Calpe, Alicante airport is 95kms (1hr drive) and Valencia airport is 135kms (1.5hrs drive) with excellent motorway and coastal roads from both. The village of La Fustera is situated in the beautiful mountainous area of the Costa Blanca. This area has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful and unspoilt scenery, fine beaches, including water-sports, and many small villages to explore. Moraira and Surrounds: Nearby is the small town of Moraira which has pleasantly grown from a small fishing village to an attractive holiday and retirement resort retaining its considerable charm that attracts visitors from all over Europe and is particularly popular with Spanish from Madrid and Valencia. It has an impressive marina, excellent variety of local shops, weekly open markets, harbour-side fish restaurants and bars still retaining their Spanish character.

There are also some larger resorts nearby that are easily reached by car that are well worth visiting: Javea, Calpe, Denia and Altea are all within 20km. If it is entertainment you are after, Benidorm is about 25km away and within this busy resort you can find restaurants, night clubs, shows, theme parks, zoos. In fact you name it, Benidorm will have it!

Stayed for 10 weeks. good location, good views, quiet - in winter. TV & radio need updating, no DVD player (I believe owners will be attending to this) We have re-booked for 2 months this winter.

Lovely villa, great family holiday.

The villa is really lovely and having the two separate apartments was great for our party of 6 adults and two toddlers. The upstairs is secure allowing the toddlers freedom to wander around safely with no fear of escape. The agent was great and very helpful on the odd occasion that we called upon her. We had amazing weather and the pool, which is a great size was used a lot. Plenty of poolside furniture and the shaded gazebo area made for a comfortable time around the pool. The beach is within 15 minutes walking distance and there is a nice restaurant bar and a Chinese restaurant near the beach (although the sand on the beach is a tad gritty). There are more restaurants a short drive away and the lovely resort of Moraira is only 5 miles away and has everything that you could want in a beach resort. There is also a supermarket near the beach which is reasonably priced and well stocked plus bigger supermarkets about 15 minutes drive away. The villa is well equipped, clean and comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for a quiet family holiday. There are also plenty of markets around the area within easy driving distance.

Very nice villa, pool and rooms,good location within walking distance of beach.

On leaving Alicante airport (approx. 1 hour drive) we contacted Lyndsey regarding arrival and access to villa. She met us at the villa and showed us around. She also gave us some good info about the local area.

Clean bed linen and plenty of clean towels were provided weekly ( we stayed 3 weeks)

Pool was cleaned weekly.

Good accommodation for up to 8 people.

Mini supermarket at bottom of road (15 min walk)

Beach 15 min walk downhill but good exercise on way back.

Villa was good value for money .

Good restaurants nearby in Calpe or Moraira, there are also a few restaurants within walking distance (15-20 mins)

La Repare August 2016

My husband,myself and 3 older teenage boys stayed at this villa in late August/early September. The booking agent (Tony) was fabulous, he answered queries really quickly and sent lots of information prior to our stay so we could get prepared.

We arrived very late at night to find a nice clean villa and a generous welcome pack, thanks to Linsey. The villa itself is nicely laid out, but I have to say that some of the furniture is a little dated! There is a self contained flat on the pool level which the boys used as their den. The air conditioning in the bedrooms is very good and not at all noisy. Everything you could possibly need is provided. The pool is lovely and well maintained, we used it every day.

The location is great, a 2 minute drive (too steep to walk back) to the most amazing beach and a very well stocked mini supermarket.

A great holiday.

Nice villa, nice weather, nice place.

I use to rent villa is Spain and I've to say this is the most beautiful one I've gotten ever.

We enjoyed the splendid view and the large pool. The place is calm and the coast between Calpe and Moraira makes me think of Corsica. It is quite green and the water is transparent, perfect for snorkelling.

There is a marvellous little beach to (la Fustera) from which a gorgeous small path along the coast goes to Calpe.

Moreover, we were very well received by Lindsey. She kindly took care about all our little demands very quickly.

We strongly recommend this villa, by the way, we decided to comeback the next summer in 2018.
