About this property

The Urbanizacion Eucaliptus (Amposta town) is situated on the Costa Dorada in Tarragona, 200km south of Barcelona, 80 km south of Tarragona (Port Aventura and other theme parks) and 200 km north of Valencia.
The Urbanizacion Eucaliptus is in the nature reserve of the Ebro Delta, also known as "Petite Camargue".
Our apartment is 200 meters from the sea and 100 meters from the beach.
In common: rectangular pool, garden area and playground for children (slide, swing ...). Park with sports equipment? Field sneakers. Grocers, restaurant, bar 50 meters.
Of course, you will find supermarkets and hypermarkets in Deltebre (Mercadona, Dia Maxi ...) about 10 minutes or in Amposta (Carrefour, Mercadona, Lidl ...) about 15 minutes.

Our apartment consists of 2 parts and has a surface of 50 m2, terrace of 8 m2 with sea view and rice fields:

The Eucaliptus beach is a wide sandy beach with a length of 4500 meters, ideal for lovers of nature and tranquility.

Appartement bien situé au bord de la mer et des rizières dans le delta de l ebre

Bel appartement au bord de la mer avec belle piscine, balcon appréciable, 2 ventilateurs non négligeables… Grande baignoire agréable, moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres non négligeables également car attention aux moustiques féroces… De très belles promenades à faire et si on n est un peu courageux on peut voir des flamants roses à l état sauvage : un bonheur ! Propriétaire charmante qui nous a apporté son aide lors d un traçât qui n était pas de son ressort.

unas bonitas vacaciones

La localización del apartamento es perfecta, cerca de la playa y de los sitios más bonitos de Delta. Al lado hay un parque con flamencos. Mis hijos han ido a pescar todos los días en la playa de los Eucaliptus o en la del Trabucador. En el apartamento hay todo lo que pueda servir para unas agradables vacaciones.
