About this property

The Gîte des Templiers, welcomes you in a pleasant setting located in Runan (a small town that has kept its character of yesteryear). Thanks to its classified church dating from the 15th century with its parish enclosure and a pretty little wood of hundred-year-old chestnut trees located in the middle of the village.

This farmhouse has:

- On the ground floor: a main room containing a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room.

- Upstairs: two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. One bedroom has a 160 x 200 bed and the other has two 90 x 190 beds

- A baby cot and a high chair are available on request.

-At the back of the house a 150m² enclosed garden with barbecue + garden furniture with the possibility of parking a car

You will be able to spend a pleasant stay thanks to the diversity of landscapes, activities of all kinds, for young and old, whether at sea or in the countryside.

ruhig und beschaulich

Wir wurden sehr hertlich empfangen und die Kommunikation war sehr gut. In dem angenehmen Haus mit der großen Küche, den gemütlichen Schlafzimmern und dem hübschen Garten haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wer es gern ruhig und beschaulich mag, ist hier genau richtig.

Schönes bretonisches Steinhaus, sehr komfortabel

Wir haben hier schöne Tage verbracht. Die Wohnung ist angenehm groß, im Erdgeschoß ein großer Wohnraum mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, im ersten Geschoß zwei Schlafzimmer, Bad und Toilette extra. Auch der Garten mit überdachter Terrasse und Grünfläche ist großzügig angelegt. Ein großer Tisch mit Platz für zehn Personen, zwei Liegen und einem Griller. Völlig ruhig, mit Blick auf die alte Kirche des Templer Ordens, gleich nebenan. Das Auto kann man direkt vor der Eingangstür abstellen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Die Lage ist optimal: Ein Katzensprung von ca. 6 Minuten nach Pontrieux, einem reizenden alten Städtchen am Fluss. Ein gutes Fischrestaurant findet sich in Treguier, in der Nähe der Kathedrale: Le Bistrot d'Ernest. Faire Preise! Auf Wunsch frische Meeresfrüchte nebenan bei Jean Pierre bestellen und im Restaurant genießen. Bei beiden am Vortag reservieren! Das Umland ist faszinierend, zur Cote de Granit Rose sind es nur ca. 35 km. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und professionell. Uns hat es sehr gefallen!
