Oke but old appartment

This appartment definitly needs to be updated. The bed is rock hard, the kitchen stove is old, and the couch is very old. Location is oke, near the beach and shop, but too far from the center of Deauville. Size is fine for two people.

Viele Unzulänglichkeiten!

Stromführendes Kabel ragt aus der Wand !!! Türschloss Funktion außer Betrieb, eine Nacht extern verbracht, kein Zugang . Reparatur am Folgetag . Sonnenliege völlig verdreckt, Balkonmöbel teilweise zerfleddert. Servicekraft kaum erreichbar. Mietpreiserstattung in Höhe von 10 % erwartet. Bildmaterial verfügbar !

WONDERFUL STAY, AFTER PROBLEMATIC CHECK-IN

I loved my stay in the apartment and would gladly stay there again. It is in a quiet area located about 15 minutes on foot from Deauville. The one area which needs improvement is the check-in process. I understand that the person who normally checks guests in was not able to be there on the day that I checked in, but this created problems, as I could not figure out how the lights worked in the apartment. This is probably something very easy for Europeans to figure out, but it resulted in me spending my first night on the sofa, as there was only one outlet I found (by the sofa) which was working and that I could use for my CPAP machine. Once I met with the check-in person the next day and everything was shown to me, I had no further problems. The apartment is quiet and has a very lovely view. As I said, I would gladly stay there again.
