New house on the ground floor, close to the city center (10 mins walk) and supermarkets (5 mins by car).
It has 4 bedrooms with 160 cm beds (2 bedrooms that can be transformed into 2x80 twin beds). 2 bathrooms (1 with bath and the other in a master bedroom with shower and wc). Living room with flat screen and DVD player. The fitted kitchen (hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, washing machine and dryer) open to the dining room. Pergola on the terrace with table and garden furniture as well as a barbecue. Swimming pool 6m20 in length and 3m70 in width secured by an audible alarm with deckchairs and outdoor shower. A safe is at your disposal. Mosquito nets on all windows. You can spend cultural holidays (Mucem in Marseille 61 km), sports (St Blaise at 8 km) or bask in the most beautiful beaches in the region (20 minutes from the blue coast), taste regional products (market in istres on Tuesday morning). and shop at the Miramas Brand Village (10 mins by car)

War ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Sehr schönes Haus, bestens ausgestattet, nette Vermieter und ein toller Pool, über den wir bei 39°C sehr froh waren und den wir intensiv genutzt haben, genauso wie die Klimaanlage. Gut gelegen für Ausflüge zum Meer oder zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der südlichen Provence.

Großartige Zeit

Das Haus war für 2 Familien (à 4 Personen) sehr schön. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, für 8 Personen wäre aber ein 2. Kühlschrank toll gewesen. Der Pool war zum Erfrischen perfekt, hier fehlte nur leider ein wenig mehr Schatten (ein Schirm oder Segel?). Zu schönen Stränden muss man mit dem Auto fahren. Der nächste schöne Strand (Plage du Verdon), den wir gefunden haben lag ungefähr 30 min entfernt, der beste Strand 1 Stunde (Saintes-Marie-de-La-mer). In Istres fand Dienstags ein netter Markt statt und Donnerstags Feuerwerk. Lebensmittel Märkte sind und 5-10 Autominuten gut zu erreichen. Christine war eine nette Gastgeberin und für jede Frage da. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Parfaitement parfait

Logement super bien équipé, c’est la location idéale. Sans exagérer, c’est de loin, tout sites de locations confondus, la meilleure location que j’ai eu. Tout est prévu pour passer des vacances avec peu de bagages. Tout les linges, serviettes et serviettes de plage sont prévus. La machine à laver et le séchoir permettent de tourner avec peu de linges. Et pour couronner le tout, la gentillesse, la disponibilité et l’hyper réactivité de Christine permettent de vous assurer un séjour zéro souci. Petit extra… les œufs frais des poules et la petite fermette, idéal pour des vacances en famille. Encore merci pour tout, vous pouvez être fier de votre prestation.
