About this property

Hidden from everyone, semi-detached from the neighboring houses, the villa is 2 minutes 'walk from the turquoise blue beach of the Sant Ambroggio and 4 minutes' walk from shops and the marina.

INTERIOR: _
- large living room of 35 m², flat screen TV, stereo and DVD, WIFI
- a fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine.
- 1 large room for two people with 2 beds of 90cm to be pushed together or not, large closet, private shower room.
- 1 bedroom for two people with a 140cm bed and a large closet and a shower room with WC
- a shared WC.
Note that a 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds is available at an additional cost on request or in the event that the number of occupants exceeds 4 people excluding children lying on an extra mattress to be brought by the tenants.

OUTSIDE:
- Sea side, 80 m² terrace with sea view through the pines, pergola, barbecue, 1 table 8 to 10 people and a table 4 people in exotic wood, 3 sun loungers, outdoor shower.
- On the mountain side, the bedrooms open onto a second terrace of around 70 m2 with 1 square table for 4 people and a round table for 4 to 6 people.

Fun and relaxing week by a beautiful beach

We spent a wonderful week at this lovely house as a family with four kids and loved it! It’s a two minute walk to a wonderful beach and the house is equipped with everything you need. The huge terace with its sea view makes eating outside very enjoyable. The beds are very comfortable. We were welcomed very friendly.

Super sejour

Superbe vacances dans une location à l’emplacement parfait. Tout est pensé pour se sentir « chez soi ». L’accès à pied à la plage est top. Les commerces de la Marine très pratiques. Nous avons passés de très belles vacances et nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

De vraies vacances

Bien que habitués à séjourner dans un bel endroit à Sant'Ambroggio, nous avons été conquis par cette location. Le descriptif est conforme à la réalité et il y a le plus d'une personnalisation du lieu qui fait que l'on se sent un peu invité et non pas seulement locataire .

Gute Lage für Exkursionen in die Umgebung

Toll die riesengroße Terrasse, im Innenraum genug Platz auch für 5 Personen. Spülmaschine , Waschmaschine, alles perfekt. Genug Geschirr, Besteck etc. Wir hätten uns das Ganze etwas sauberer gewünscht, vieles von Geschirr und den Gebrauchsgegenständen war leider schmutzig oder auch in keinem besonders guten Zustand. Das Appartement an sich auch etwas abgenutzt. Die Inneneinrichtung war sehr wohnlich, viele Gegenstände der Besitzer, was es gemütlich macht. Leider dadurch im Wohnzimmer und in der Küche kaum Platz für unsere Sachen. Wir hätten uns auch gewünscht vorher zu erfahren, das nebenan eine Clubanlage ist, die jeden Abend eine laute Animation ab 21.00 veranstaltet. Manche mögen so etwas ja ganz gerne. Der Charme des Örtchens und Hafen ist etwas verhalten. Strand und Ortschaft für Familien mit kleinen Kindern und Jugendlichen sicher ideal. Gute Ausgangslage für einige sehr tolle Ausflüge in die Umgebung.
