Bright house of 120m2, classified 3 stars by the Charente Maritime Tourist Office, slightly elevated, with a view of the neighboring roofs and pines, facing south surrounded by two gardens.
Rarely, the house is entirely excavated and offers a very large usable basement.
Recently renovated in the Rhetish tradition the house can accommodate 8 people plus 2 children maximum with 2 extra beds and a cot and a high chair.
The services are excellent and the equipment very complete.

As a security deposit for walls and furniture, a deposit is requested on arrival (€ 2,000) and returned in full in the absence of damage noted within 10 days after the departure of the tenants.

Cleaning deposit 150 € (this deposit is cashed only if the house is returned in a state of dirt too important).
Cleaning fee 120 € obligatory, to be paid at the conclusion of the contract.

Signing of a seasonal rental contract made at the time of booking. Inventory and inventory of fixtures made at the start and at the end of the rental.

Geographic location

Located in Bois-Plage, on the west coast of the island, halfway between the beginning and the end of the island (strategic location which allows you to reach out easily).
The house is at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac, with a large parking space, a few minutes from the village center (market and all shops), and the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Ile de Ré.
The cycle path is 300m away: 15mn from the most charming villages on the island (port of Saint-Martin, port of La Flotte), 25mn for Ars.
Tennis club, equestrian center, nautical center nearby.
Golf Club on the island.
24 km from La Rochelle (regular bus service between the train station and La Rochelle airport and Bois-Plage).

Le Bois Plage, located in the southern part of the Ile de Ré and, as its name suggests, renowned for its large sandy beaches.
All vacationers come to Bois Plage for its market which is the largest on the island.
Many shops in the center of the village.

Belle maison familliale avec le calme et l'espace. Très bien equipée. Parfait pour 4 couples et pour des enfants. Le centre du village est à 10min à pied avec le marché, le centre et la plage. Nous recommandons.
