Large terrace of 150 m2 south facing pool area very pleasant with a lovely view of the vineyards and surrounding hills. Private pool (9 x4 protected by alarm) .Terrain ended 50 m2 with swings, bowls and shelter for 2 cars. Garage closed for bicycles and motorcycles. Summer kitchen (fridge, stove and dish washer).
4 bedrooms (3 beds in 160 + 1 dormitory with 3 beds 90) .Draps and towels included. Living / dining room / kitchen with 9 seats. Laundry (washing machine and dryer) HVAC. Garden Lounge. 4 chairs + 2 beds. Barbecue with table for 10 people.

Très jolie maison confortable avec vue sur les vignes

Nous avons passé un très bon long week-end entre amis. L’automne est aussi une magnifique saison pour découvrir ou redécouvrir la région. La villa est idéalement placée, décorée avec goût et très pratique. Tout le confort et des jeux pour les enfants aussi, de belles salles de bains, une terrasse ensoleillé, une salle cinéma! Que du bonheur!

Tolles Haus, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, jede Menge Platz, drinnen und draußen, da macht das Kochen Spaß. Beheizter Pool auch noch gut im Oktober nutzbar. Rundum alles gut, gerne wieder!

Traumurlaub in der Provence

Dieses Mal wurden unsere Erwartungen an das gebuchte Ferienhaus noch übertroffen: Wir hatten das Glück, zwei fantastische Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Villa zu verbringen, die modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist, mit viel Sinn fürs Praktische und Liebe zum Detail! Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, es fehlt einfach an nichts - sowohl im Innern des Hauses als auch in der überdachten Außenküche neben dem Pool. Das Haus befindet sich außerhalb der Ortschaft Saint-Romain-en-Viennois, der Blick geht von der Terrasse direkt in die Weinberge. Wer Entspannung sucht, der wird sie hier finden! Dennoch liegt das pittoreske Städtchen Vaison-la-Romaine mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und seinen römischen Ausgrabungen nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir waren überwältigt von der unkomplizierten und sehr herzlichen Begrüßung durch die Eigentümerin, die mit einem großen Repertoire an Tipps und Empfehlungen für die Gegend aufwarten konnte (J’adresse ici un grand MERCI à Rosita !). "Un vrai coup de cœur" - wir kommen gerne wieder!
