About the property

For 4 people with air conditioning, garage, quiet terrace with sea views

Park your car and walk: all downtown shops, entertainment and services such as harbors and beaches are within easy walking about 500m from the property.

There is also in this new building, a splendid view of the gulf from the terrace on the second level and air conditioning (reversible) and a possible access, for free, to the Internet (wireless).

The rental is "no smoking" and pets are not allowed.

Main equipment:

Refrigerator with freezer, two halogen hob, washing machine, WiFi access possible and television 160 channels, many arrangements.

House new and independent city built according to norms thermal RT2012, located in a lively district in outer limits of the city center, close to the pedestrian shopping lane, the marina, the Eden Theatre (historical cinema Lumière Brothers ), the Garden City and the "soft path" for pedestrians and bicycles. In the immediate vicinity also of the Hospital and rehabilitation center Our Lady of Good Voyage.

The old port with all its animations as the first beaches (beach of the Capuchins) are less than 10 minutes walk.

It consists, from bottom to top, a closed garage can accommodate a sedan (limited height 1. 90). In the garage, the space also can accommodate bikes, bikes, strollers or children boards.

First floor: two separate bedrooms (one with a bed 140x200, the other with two beds 90x200) with closet, a bathroom with shower, sink, hair dryer, towel dryer and washing machine and independent WC.

At the second level the living room consists of a living area with large sofa, TV, CD radio and USB, WiFi (free under certain conditions) and opens onto a terrace around 10m² equipped with a table and 4 chairs and a folding table with two bar stools that offers the opportunity to enjoy breakfast or an aperitif facing the sea. Two chairs are available for sunbathers and a roller blind allows, if necessary, to protect themselves from the sun. In the kitchen we have a large table, a fridge "table top" with freezer, two electric plates, mini oven, a microwave, a coffee machine (type Senseo) , toaster, kettle, blinder. are also available vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board as well as basic household items.

Two covers are made available for each of the beds (no duvet) but the sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided. The tenant may nevertheless rented from the concierge service that will touch her by preventing a few days before arrival. It is also possible to rent the machine from local laundromats.

The current cleaning is the tenant, cross household initially be provided by the owner.

access:

La Ciotat station (that of "the train arrives ..." Lumière Brothers) is 4km from the city center and a bus line, in correspondence with the trains, Line 40, a stop 50m location). Taxi service also provides service.

Fast shuttle Cartreize (line 69) connects La Ciotat (stop 50 meters) in the center of Marseille (then Marseille St Charles station by one or other of the two metro lines).

The Marseille Marignane Airport is 60km from La Ciotat to an hour by car or accessible by regular shuttle bus between the bus station Marseille Saint Charles and the airport.

Many activities are offered in the summer, mainly in relation to the sea: sailing, diving, snorkeling, water skiing, jet skiing, fishing, underwater vision boat trips to the creeks and the highest cliffs in Europe between La Ciotat and Cassis. Holidays votives around August 15 with Provençal jousting, fireworks, folk dances ...

Shuttles provide boats from the old harbor the service of Green Island, the only wooded island of the department (beaches, promenade, tavern)

Throughout the year, farmers' market on Tuesday morning and Sunday morning and summer craft market every night on the old port.

But the coast from La Ciotat is not the sea! : Close, many museums offer visitors a wide range of outstanding cultural resources. Be mentioned among the most remarkable places:

- The Granet Museum in Aix en Provence with its collections of paintings and sculptures from the eighteenth to the twentieth century. (ask about : ),

- Hôtel de Caumont in Aix en Provence with a Turner exhibition until 18 September (inquire:)

Appartement vraiment très agréable, bien pensé et bien agencé avec une décoration soignée. Tout est neuf et rien ne manque ! Il est aussi idéalement situé entre le centre ville et la plage.

Les propriétaires sont charmants et très réactifs aux diverses demandes.

Tout est là pour passer de bonnes vacances !
