It consists on the ground floor of a beautiful living room with kitchen overlooking a terrace and garden of 40m2, a bathroom and toilet.
Upstairs is a first bedroom of 14m2 with a balcony of 10m2, then a second bedroom attic of 14m2.

Completely renovated with beautiful materials, reversible air conditioning in the double bedroom, double glazing, electric blind, paved terrace and plancha.

A tranquil and relaxing stay in Corsica
The villa was in a good location, just 200 metres to the beach. It was well fitted out with electrical equipment, especially the WiFi and television system, which worked very well.
The stairs to the bedrooms are quite steep so, as advertised, it's not suitable for people with limited mobility. I should just add that the bathroom is downstairs so if you need to go to the bathroom in the night then you need to be careful. The villa is a good size for 2 adults and 2 children but might be rather cramped for more people.
The local shop and cafe are within easy walking distance, but apart from that you probably do need to have the use of a car.
We really loved Corsica, it's a beautiful island and when we stayed during May was not at all crowded. Bastia makes a good base to see the north of the island.

A 15-minute drive from Bastia airport, 200 meters walk to all amenities: supermarket, pharmacy, catering, tobacco shop, post office, pizzeria, hairdresser, bakery.
Close to: Doctor, dentist, physiotherapist.
Next to the nature reserve pond Chiurlinu.
Bicycle path convenient for biking, rollerblading, jogging, walking.
Bus stop outside the residence.
