About this property

In the town of Saintes Maries de la Mer rental of a restored wooden house, known as "FISHERMEN'S SHACK", with an excellent location, in the heart of the village and close to the beaches, on two levels:

On the ground floor, a living room with fully equipped kitchen area open to the living room, a sitting area, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a WC.

Upstairs: a large mezzanine with a double bed and two single beds and an office area.

Outside south-facing terrace: small garden with barbecue table for 6 people

Behind the house there is a small courtyard with outdoor shower, comfortable to use after the sea and a drying area.

Facilities: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, electric oven, TV, garden table.

Possibility of free public parking in front of the house, as well as within 50 m. surroundings

On the ground floor:
- Deliciously furnished bedroom with double bed.

On the mezzanine:
-We have a comfortable double bed.
-Two single beds for children.
Small-angle type has a desk.

Erholssme Tage

Erholssme gute Tage im Häuschen. Ist alles da, was gebraucht wird. Inkl. Waschmaschine. Einzig etwas schade, dass die Schränke von vielen Vorgängern nicht geräumt waren.... Ansonsten tipptopp

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr schöner Strand

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles da, was man benötigt. Sehr gut auch, dass vor jedem Fenster Fliegengitter angebracht sind. Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Strandurlaub, 3 min zum Strand. Zumindest in der Nebensaison nicht sehr voll. Wenige Kilometer mit dem Fahrrad kann man einen Strand für sich alleine haben. Parken vor dem Haus nur selten möglich, trotz Nebensaison. Aber es gibt einen sehr großen, kostenfreien Parkplatz in der Nähe. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
