About the property

85 m2 apartment located in the center of the City Corsair with 2 large bedrooms, living room 40 m2 with dining area, a kitchen overlooking the dining area, a large bathroom with separate WC. It includes plenty of storage space and is equipped with double-glazed windows for comfort.

This is a spacious and very bright which is quite rare Central Paris. For example the living room windows to one side on the Pillory Square and on the other side of the cathedral. The beautiful old wooden floors give it a warm ambience.

Bedding is provided (sheets, duvets, pillows, pillowcases). If you use a car, a parking pass will be available for free that will allow an easy and free parking in the car parks of the old town.

You will be very well situated for exploring not only the walled city but also Saint Malo and its surroundings (the Spa, the Casino, the beaches, the Emerald Coast, Dinard, Dinan, Cancale and even Mont Saint Michel and Rennes few tens of kilometers)

The shipping company Condor Ferries you will get away for a day in the British island of Jersey or Guernsey (the Ferry terminal is a few hundred meters)

More modestly the shuttle from the door of Dinan takes you to Dinard for a visit or a walk to the renowned market.

Mittendrin in der Korsarenstadt und im Wohlfühlambiente

Wir sind Vielreisende und haben schon in etlichen Ferienwohnungen gewohnt. So wohl wie in dieser geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichteten Wohnung mit bequemen Betten, viel Platz, freundlichstem Empfang, bester Betreuung und einer perfekten Sauberkeit haben wir uns noch ganz selten gefühlt. Wir können das Domizil guten Gewissens an alle weiterempfehlen, die nicht die absolute Ruhe suchen. Denn natürlich ist man mittendrin im Leben der mittelalterlichen Korsarenstadt, die man sich tagsüber mit anderen Touristen, abends und nachts aber nur mit den Einheimischen teilt.

Appartement spacieux, propre et agréable à vivre à 2 pas de toutes les commodités et de la plage

Séjour en famille avec 2 enfants en bas âge. L'appartement était parfait. Cuisine parfaitement aménagée, salon et séjour spacieux. L'appartement est bien situé : supermarchés, commerces et plages. A 2 pas également, départ pour la promenade sur les remparts ou vers les "Bé".

Nous avons été très bien accueilli lors de notre arrivée et le propriétaire avait mis à disposition toutes les informations nécessaires à notre séjour (cartes, horaires marée....). Nous y retournerons avec un très grand plaisir.

Un bel appartement, lumineux, au centre de Saint-Malo

Un bel appartement, spacieux, lumineux, et très bien placé, au centre de Saint-Malo, en face du meilleur glacier, et à deux pas de la meilleure boulangerie (boulangerie de la cathédrale, ne manquez pas les chouquettes et autres délices fabuleux), à 1 minute de la plage. Nous y étions avec nos deux enfants, et avons passé un merveilleux séjour.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, tout est neuf et propre. L'agitation de la rue piétonne en bas ne s'entend que peu, l'isolation est très bonne.

Enfin, l’accueil est aux petits soins! Un grand merci pour cette location!

Très agréable

Accueil très agréable. Appartement spacieux, clair et très fonctionnel en plein centre de saint Malo. Le glacier est juste en face. Le double vitrage est appréciable par cette saison. La plage est juste à côté. Séjour reposant. Ne pas hésiter !
