Split level multiple porches, terraces, verandas, a large ample solarium,a BBQ and private parking.
This home has 750 m2 and on a gated property of 8000 m2 very quiet and private yet very accessible.
There are 6 double bedrooms plus one for children and one for service, (both twin), with ensuite bathrooms. 1 private bathroom outside.. All rooms have an independent entrance.
There is Wi -Fi and air conditioning, TV and a fire place as well as a fully equipped kitchen a large living and dining room and outside dining space.
Included in the price is daily cleaning except Sundays and all local taxes.
The house is very close to the trendy Cala Bassa beach and 20 minutes from Ibiza town/Airport.
