Located in Ayia Triada, a suburb of Protaras this private 3 bedroom villa is only 150 meters walking distance to the beach.

Outside the villa offers a private swimming pool, outdoor furniture, BBQ, outdoor furniture, outdoor shower & off-road parking.

Heading inside the villa your welcomed with a warm open planned living / dinning area with the well equipped kitchen around the corner & the guest WC accessible underneath the staircase. The living room offers comfortable seating / sofa bed, coffee table, blinds throughout, satellite T.V, WIFI & access to the garden via the sliding doors. The dinning room offers a modern glass table comfortably seating up to 6 persons. The villa is fully air-conditioned.

Upstairs offer three spacious bedrooms & a family bathroom. The master bedroom comes complete with a double bed, bedside tables (with lamps), reasonable wardrobe space, blinds, air-conditioning, private sun terrace & private En-Suite shower room. Completely misled

Shocking,communication was all good until arrival and things went wrong,arrived at 10.30pm, no power hadn't been told a keycard was required and one hadn't been left, half hour later they come out and also couldn't find it,so had to borrow one from another villa which we kept the whole 2 weeks along with a set of keys for another villa,couldn't use the back door as no key,villa is poorly equipped, not one pair of scissors in the property, only 2 plastic beakers for poolside, no grill tray inside oven,no shower curtain,no parasol,was told there was satellite TV and dvd player but upon arrival there was neither.

Light in main bedroom hanging down exposing wires in ceiling and was held up by 2 brass cup hooks, top had been removed from washing machine,unsure why but it stopped working mid cycle leaving our clothes stuck and full of water,the guy came out and opened the door which let all water out and said was new machine ,we ended up fixing it by finding rusted coins and hair grips in the filter so maybe they had issues before which is why the top is removed,but its not good if have you have small children.

Had to go out and purchase washing line and pegs as the washing line had been thrown over the fence into the field behind,and the farmer had piled mounds of earth on it was pointed to a metal airer by the welcome lady but upon trying to use it was rusted and the bolts were missing,would find water on the downstairs bathroom floor and then figured when you turn the tap on it goes into the waste inside the wall but then backflows from the pipe and pours down the wall,but the main issue I have is being misled,these images used to market villa are not even of this villa,they are of one directly opposite,villa majestic, there is only 1 double bed in the property,not 2 as shown,and I have photographs to compare with side by side

Complained to la mer homes and they admit they use photographs of another villa to market it,they also agreed to replace the missing items,which they did, they turned up 4 days into the holiday with all brand new items that were missing upon arrival, which shows me they cannot look after the amount of properties they have,whether they switch items between villas depending on what is in use at the time, but an inventory should be done before each rental,simple.

La mer homes offered a small refund as a goodwill gesture, which we had to chase up,it also took around a month for them to release the security bond
