Pretty independent duplex house of 65m2 in a 4000m² garden in typical Provence terraces with olive and oak trees, 300 meters from the village and 3km from Barjols.
You have 2 private terraces with tables, chairs and sun loungers as well as a barbecue.
The swimming pool (9.5 x 4.5m) is shared with the owners (2 people). In the poolhouse you have deckchairs available.
The duplex has on the ground floor a living room, an open kitchen as well as a bathroom with a large jet shower as well as a separate toilet.

Erholsame und entspannte Tage in Pontevès

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Das Haus, idyllisch zwischen Steineichen und Olivenbäumen gelegen, ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Die kleinen und größeren Ortschaften der Umgebung sind ursprünglich und authentisch. Typisch provenzalische Märkte laden zum Bummeln und Kaufen ein. Alle Leute waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Allerdings ist die Gegend nur für geübte und sichere Radfahrer geeignet, da es steil bergauf und in rasantem Tempo bergab geht.

Superbe séjour

Maison conforme à l'annonce. D'une grande propreté et d'un très bon confort. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil, leur discrétion et leurs bons conseils ( randonnées, visites...) Magnifique résidence

Très beau gîte, spacieux, confortable et joliment décoré entouré d'un très beau jardin avec piscine quasi privé. Un luxe dans un havre de paix. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles, tout en restant très discrets. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

Een mooi verblijf in de Var

Zeer gastvrije ontvangst door de sympathieke eigenaren, die ons goede tips voor de omgeving hebben gegeven. Prettig huisje met een mooie slaap/kleedruimte op de etage en een mooi zwembad met fijne terrassen. Het historische dorpje Pontevès (epicerie/vers brood depot) ligt op korte loopafstand en is een prima uitvalsbasis om de Var te verkennen. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, merci Josette et Patrick!
