Merlin Cottages is a cluster of 3 properties with a shared games room with panoramic views over the Brecon Beacons and Carmarthenshire. Merlin House (sleeps 6) is high standard 4 star accommodation in historic buildings of great character renovated to a high standard.

Merlin House sitting room has three sofas with an inglenook fireplace and log burner for great atmosphere. A long farmhouse kitchen with dining table has a half moon fireplace with former bread oven in the stonework. There is a downstairs shower room. Upstairs there is a galleried landing with great views over the Brecon Beacons National Park. There is a double ensuite, double, and two single bedrooms. Outside there is a private enclosed garden with patio , garden furniture, barbecue and large lawn.

A Very Pleasant Stay

We spent a wonderful summer in this pleasant little cottage near Llandovery. A nice place to find rural quiet on the edge of the Brecon Beacons, and a good base for exploring mid and west Wales.

Relaxing Break

Had a lovely relaxing break, merlin house was spacious, comfortable, clean and set in beautiful rural location! Just what we needed to unwind from our busy city lives. We will certainly be booking again! We had lovely break! Thank you
