F2 of 42m2, located in the Le Bernascon building, one of the most prestigious old listed Belle Epoque Palace, with exceptional charm, close to the Center, overlooking the city, offering breathtaking views of the Lac du Bourget, the city of Aix les Bains and the surrounding mountains.
Completely renovated by an architect, this apartment offers an unequaled level of comfort.
Secure entrance. Located on the 4th floor with elevator, very bright, Its large balcony runs the entire length of the apartment and overlooks the inner courtyard of the old Palace.
The apartment consists of a main room which itself is divided into a living area and a kitchen area equipped with a central island serving as a dining area, a separate bedroom and a bathroom.
The living room has a flat screen TV and a convertible sofa.
The kitchen with the central island has sufficient kitchen utensils and crockery.
The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in walk-in shower with glass wall, and a washing machine.
The separate bedroom has a real double bed 140.
A large dressing room covers the entire wall of the bedroom.

- up to the Thermes Chevalley:

         1) on foot 12 minutes (900m)

         2) by bus: n ° 2 from the building to the tourist office and then
                             Bus n ° 3 to the thermal baths.

         3) on foot to OT (4 minutes) then Bus n ° 3

              to the Baths.

-to the SNCF train station: 11 minutes on foot (950 m)

Possibility of having on request a closed garage (box) in a secure location in the immediate vicinity of the Residence at a cost of € 6 / day (if less than a week) € 25 / week and € 60/3 weeks

Splendide appartement bien situé

Notre hôte Carla, est très sympathique et flexible: elle s'est adaptée à nos heures d'arrivée et de départ. L'appartement était très propre avec tout le confort nécessaire, nous n'avions qu'à poser nos valises. La localisation est parfaite, à 500 mètres du coeur de ville. A conseiller ....

Unit completely renovated , only complaint needs a queen bed

The unit is in a very old hotel that had a major fire in 2015 burning out the roof and interior of half of the building, the other half is covered in scaffolding being painted, this was not mentioned in the listing on your webb page. We would not have booked knowing this

parfait

Accueil chaleureux de Mme Abboud, qui a pris le temps de nous conseiller sur les choses à voir, à faire et ou trouver les meilleurs gourmandises. Mme Abboud a largement facilité nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Quant au logement, il est vraiment parfait.Décoré avec beaucoup de goût, il n'y manque absolument rien, idéalement placé pour rejoindre le centre ville. Vraiment nous espérons un jour y faire une nouvelle halte. Cette semaine de vacances fut un vrai plaisir.
