Excellent Hosting

Loly and Jean-Philippe are a very amiable couple and excellent hosts. On arrival they took the time to not only show us around the property but also talk us through the use of the appliances etc. - so often in holiday rentals guests are left to work through poorly written instructions. The accommodation is in a safe gated community and is well appointed with everything you need to get your holiday started. We had a very enjoyable holiday and would not hesitate to recommend both the property and the hosts. Thank you again to Loly and Jean Philippe.

A fantastic apartment,superb pool and so near the beach. The apartment is huge plenty of room everything you need and 2 super terraces. Jean was a great host and quick to help with any questions. We can't wait to come back again

A fantastic 3 level house only 20 second walk to pool and another 20 second walk to a fabulous beach

We had a fantastic week here in Jean Philippes house. The house is amazing with a roof terrace, which has a lovely hammock and sitting area and a view to the sea. At the back there is a lovely area for al fresco breakfast. There is a superb basement area that has a bedroom and a den, which our 3 children loved as it had a play station and great chill out area. The front terrace is a pure sun trap in the afternoon. However the best part of the property is how close it is to a lovely pool and the fantastic beach. Many happy hours were spent enjoying both in glorious sunshine. I recommend a car ... it is only 9 minute drive to Denia.... which is a beautiful town and lovely restaurants ..... especially Fuego's!! There are nice restaurants within walking distance of the house and a small supermarket just a stroll away. The house came stocked with everything you would expect. I would recommend this house to anybody who would like a chill out holiday on the beach. The only small issue was the wifi was intermittent .... but hey a great excuse to forget about everything and enjoy the fantastic pool area and beach. We will definitely come again at some stage. Wundervolle Unterkunft

Wir haben das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus sehr genossen, es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist toll und auch der Pool wurde von uns gerne genutzt. Die Dachterrasse ist super und lädt zum entspannten chillen ein. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war topp und wir würden hier gerne wieder mal Zeit verbringen. Vielen Dank für alles.
